★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fui na loja hoje e os dois atendentes estavam conversando, perguntei pra um se havia a numeração de um tênis e ele disse que não, sem perguntar se outro modelo serviria, sem oferecer mais nada e voltou "correndo" para a conversa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um tênis da Mizuno em 28/12/18 e fui viajar, entretanto, ao caminhar na calçada enquanto chovia, derrapei e cai, ou seja, o tênis não tem aderência no chão, além de fazer um barulho irritante ao caminhar... voltei à loja em 04/01/19 solicitando a troca do produto, o gerente disse que eu deveria procurar o fabricante, ou seja, para expor o produto e lucrar com o mesmo, a loja foi competente, para resolver o problema, incompetente. NÃO recomendo comprar nesse lugar, pois se o produto apresentar problema, como foi meu caso, você ficará sem suporte.

I went back to the store on 01/04/19 requesting the exchange of the product, the manager said that I should look for the manufacturer, that is, to expose the product and profit from it, the store was competent, to solve the problem, incompetent. I DO NOT recommend buying from this place, because if the product has a problem, as was my case, you will be without support.
