★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci esta agência pela dica de uma brasileira que encontrei ao acaso numa loja. Valeu muito a pena, pois fiz dois passeios seguidos, "Rota dos 7 Lagos" e "El Tronador", os dois são sensacionais e bem diferentes, porém particularmente gostei mais do segundo. Sugiro que intercalem estes passeios com outros esportivos e agitados. Sobre o atendimento da agência, melhor de tudo. Da recepção na agência aos guias, todos gentis, firmes, educados, dinâmicos e seguros. A agência tem preços justos e carros novos com conforto.
 I knew this agency by the tip of a Brazilian that I found at random in a store. It was very worthwhile, because I did two consecutive tours, "Route 7 Lakes" and "El Tronador", both are sensational and very different, but I particularly liked the second. I suggest you intersperse these rides with other sporty and restless ones. About the service of the agency, best of all. From the reception in the agency to the guides, all kind, firm, polite, dynamic and safe. The agency has fair prices and new cars with comfort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não foi uma boa experiência pq infelizmente o outro ônibus que ia com a gente ouve um imprevisto com ele e o ônibus que eu fui muito desconfortável me mandaram foto de um ônibus e apareceu um pau velho aí decoram voltar pq como que ia uns e os outros ficariam seria injusto e TB desafiar a Deus ,pq ele sabe de todas as coisas,mas no mais motorista ,guia de viagem são super gente boa.
It was not a good experience because unfortunately the other bus that went with us hears something unforeseen with him and the bus that I was very uncomfortable sent me a photo of a bus and an old stick appeared there decorate back as it was going to each other would be unfair and TB defy God, because he knows all things, but in the most chauffeur, travel guide are super good people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO PEGUEM ESSE ONIBUS Horrível!!!!!! Equipe super sem postura, o motorista deu em cima de mim com toda falta de respeito. Falta muito profissionalismo nas pessoas que trabalham nesse ônibus vi destratando muitas pessoas respondendo sem educação, durante a viagem os próprios guias não ficam em silêncio grita o tempo todo conversando um com o outro gritando palavrão com todos ouvindo é muita falta de respeito com o próximo!!! Ainda tem um casal de guia que fica se agarrando durante a viagem andando pra lá e pra cá fazendo barulho enquanto muitos estão cansados no ônibus tentando pregar os olhos para amanhecer o dia disposto, mas infelizmente eles não estão nem aí com os passageiros!!!!
DON'T GET THAT HORRIBLE BUS !!!!!! Super team without posture, the driver hit me with all disrespect. Lacking a lot of professionalism in the people who work on this bus I saw disrupting many people responding uneducated, during the trip the guides themselves are not silent shouting all the time talking to each other shouting profanity with all listening is very disrespectful to others! !! There is still a couple of guide who is clinging during the trip walking around while making noise while many are tired on the bus trying to nail their eyes to dawn the day, but unfortunately they do not care about the passengers !!! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO RECOMENDO! Ônibus em péssimas condições de uso, sem ar condicionado, cinto de segurança inferrujado, não trava, roda soltando. Nota se que não tem manutenção nos veículos a anos. Colocando vidas em risco. Um absurdo. Inresponsaveis.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Bus in poor condition, no air conditioning, rusty seat belt, does not lock, wheel coming off. Note that the vehicles have not been serviced for years. Putting lives at risk. An absurdity. irresponsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tem sido muito frequente viajar de Vivitur porquê compro pela buser e não tenho opção de escolha da empresa . Ônibus desconfortável, muitas vezes quente, fedorento, atrasos. Ja viajei 5 vezes com essa empresa, sempre péssimo.
Unfortunately, it has been very common to travel by Vivitur because I buy through buser and I don't have the option to choose the company. Uncomfortable bus, often hot, smelly, delays. I've traveled 5 times with this company, always terrible.
