★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratamos um pacote de 200mg mais só chega no máximo a 40 mega mais quando entramos em contato a Pessoa que nos atendeu disse que tínhamos que trocar o nosso aparelho celular pra um celular 5g achei realmente um absurdo como se em plena pandemia teriamos condição de comparar um aparelho mais caro pq a empresa que nos fornece n atende outro tipo de telefone e meu telefone não é modelo antigo n mais eu que me vire para desembolsar um valor pra pagar um telefone que chegue o pacote contratado e tbm que era lucro chegar internet na sala ja que o roteador esta no quarto! Obrigada vix não recomendo pra ninguém !
We hired a 200mg package but it only reaches a maximum of 40 mega more when we got in touch. The person who answered us said that we had to change our cell phone to a 5g cell phone I really thought it was absurd as if in the middle of a pandemic we would be able to compare one more expensive device because the company that supplies us does not answer another type of phone and my phone is not an old model, but I have to turn around to pay for a phone that arrives in the contracted package and also that it was a profit to get internet in the room since the router is in the bedroom! Thank you vix I don't recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o que falta as vezes para nós clientes é assumir quando o problema é nosso e não simplesmente jogar para cima da empresa, ai fica muito facil né ?? por falta de conhecimento a moça Tainara abaixo escreve um comentario destes ... toda velocidade acima dos 100Mb só passa pelo WIFI com tecnologia 5G, e claramente o dela nao tem e joga o problema para cima da empresa ... lamentavel ;) a vixnet é top usa otimos aparelhos cabe nós cliente tambem ter um bom aparelho pois é atraves dele que utiliza a internet né verdade? INDICO A TODOS VIXNET.
what is sometimes lacking for us customers is to assume when the problem is ours and not just throw it on the company, then it is very easy, right ?? for lack of knowledge, the girl Tainara below writes a comment like this ... all speeds above 100Mb only go through WIFI with 5G technology, and clearly hers doesn't have it and throws the problem on top of the company... regrettable ;) vixnet it's top uses great devices it's up to us customers to also have a good device because it's through it that you use the internet, right? I RECOMMEND VIXNET TO EVERYONE.
