Mas não funciona meu wi-fi em determinados lugares da casa.Tipo varanda,cozinha.
No final de semana da sempre problema é fica caindo.
A conta vc tem q imprimir na internet ou ir até a loja,buscar e pagar na lotérica.
Por pequenas coisas não indico

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CUIDADO PESQUISEM E PROCUREM SABER DO SERVICO ANTES DA CONTRATAÇÃO!
Somos Clientes ha 5 anos, e até o início do ano jamais tínhamos tido problemas, e por isso sempre indicamos aos amigos e familiares, mas a qualidade da internet não é mais a mesma! Mesmo assim a Pretadora de serviço em questão VLC(Netnil) tinha crédito, pois sempre funcionou e aceitamos todas as suas orientações, primeiro alterarmos nossa velocidade, realizamos teste com nov roteador emprestado pela VLC ( Link com potência de 1200mbs - que foi nos apresentado como equipamento instalado pra fibra) bem por último entendemos que deveríamos ainda dar mais um crédito entendendo que se trocassemos para Fibra teríamos uma melhor qualidade, então optamos pelo Upgrade, ou seja solicitamos a troca pra fibra, mas daí já na instalação sofremos uma decepção colocaram um aparelho inferior ao que foi nos apresentado, 300mbps e de outra marca, mesmo questionados não tivemos a solução deste....e mesmo após instalado... mais uma decepção, continuamos com os mesmos problemas.... ou seja a internet não funciona continua apresentando muita instabilidade... por acúmulo de decepções e por está última ação (instalação de equipamento inferior) nos sentimos lesados..... e por isso não indicamos o serviço, está é uma experiência muito ruim, por enquanto estamos com eles, mas já estamos procurando outra opção para substituição....infelizmente não há mais condição de permanecer como cliente.
RESPOSTA ERRADA...vc vai saber quem somos... será aberta uma nova avaliação....

We have been Customers for 5 years, and until the beginning of the year we had never had any problems, so we always recommend it to friends and family, but the quality of the internet is no longer the same! Even so, the service provider in question VLC (Netnil) had credit, as it always worked and we accepted all of its guidelines, first we changed our speed, we performed a test with a new router loaned by VLC (Link with 1200mbs power - which was presented to us as equipment installed for fiber) and lastly we understand that we should still give one more credit, understanding that if we switched to Fiber we would have a better quality, so we opted for the Upgrade, that is, we asked for the switch to fiber, but then, in the installation, we suffered a disappointment. device inferior to what was presented to us, 300mbps and of another brand, even when questioned we did not have the solution for this .... and even after installed ... one more disappointment, we continue with the same problems .... that is, the internet does not it works still showing a lot of instability ... due to the accumulation of disappointments and because of this last action (installation of inferior equipment) we feel injured ..... we stayed the service, this is a very bad experience, for now we are with them, but we are already looking for another option for replacement .... unfortunately there is no more condition to remain as a customer.
WRONG ANSWER ... you will know who we are ... a new assessment will open ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No inicio era ate que boa,era cliente a mais de 10 anos depois foi ficando ruim ai troquei para fibra por causa da velocitade e tal! Perfeita tmb no primeiro momento mais depois decepcionanente tinha que ficar ligando para reclamar, toda hora, precisava para trabalho, filho com aulas on line e sempre desconectava, ligava para la e toda vez que vinham resolver ja tinha voltado! Ja fiquei varios finais de semana sem internet ai Desisti e cancelei!!!!

ENTÃO O MELHOR QUE FIZ FOI SAIR E PROCURAR UMA MELHOR QUE ME ATENDA.
At first it was pretty good, I was a customer for over 10 years and then it got bad there, I switched to fiber because of the speed and stuff! Perfect tmb at first but then disappointing I had to keep calling to complain, all the time, needed to work, son with online classes and always disconnected, called her and every time they came to solve, he was back! I stayed several weekends without internet there I gave up and canceled !!!!

VC HAVE SEEN SEVERAL TIMES INTERNALLY AND IT WAS NEVER ANYTHING !!!
AND OUTSIDE TMB HAD NOTHING!
THEN THE BEST THAT I DID WAS TO LEAVE AND LOOK FOR A BEST THAT MEETS ME.
