★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou desde sexta sem internet liguei pedindo suporte me deram um prazo de 2 dias, sendo que o técnico viria no domingo. Fiquei esperando o técnico e o mesmo nao veio. Liguei la e so assim me falaram que ele nao viria falta de respeito com o cliente que paga em dia sua fatura e ter que ficar o final de semana sem internet. Alem do atendente ser grosso com o cliente filipe nome dele tenho que aguardar.
Entao se nao tem tecnico tenho que aguardar um mes e isso??????????? Simplesmente decpicionada com o atendimento. Péssimo dos atendentes. E a falta de respeito comigo.
I am since Friday without internet I called for support they gave me a period of 2 days, and the technician would come on Sunday. I was waiting for the technician and he didn't come. I called it and just so I was told that he would not be disrespectful to the customer who pays his bill on time and having to go the weekend without internet. In addition to the attendant being thick with the client filipe his name I have to wait.
So if you don't have a technician I have to wait a month and that ??????????? Simply disappointed with the service. Terrible of the attendants. And the lack of respect with me.
