★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somos todos clientes da avap a muitos anos, meu pai que divulgou para toda familial. Recentemente ele sofreu um acidente na estrada entrou em contato com a seguradora e ficou aguardando. Recolheram o carro e levaram para uma oficina, depois de 70 dias ligaram e negaram o reparo,
um absurdo. Ao todo devemos ser uns 12 carros mas vamos todos sair. Desrespeito total com os clientes.

Tive um sinistro em outubro de 2021, me entregaram o carro em março de 2022 todo remendado,vazando óleo da direção hidráulica ( que estava muito pesada) sem buzina, andei 10 km e as rodas dianteiras começaram a balançar(pois colocaram rolamentos velhos e eles quebraram) carro perdeu 10 mil reais na tabela pois soldaram a longarina. FUJA DE PROBLEMAS, COM UMA DIFERENÇA DE 30 A 50 REAIS VOCÊ CONTRATA UM SEGURO DE VERDADE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mudei as estrelas após solucionarem meu impasse. Mandaram meu carro para outra oficina que solucionou regularmente os problemas causados. Recebi o carro novamente e já estou rodando. A única ressalva e quanto o colorista pq a pigmentação da tinta não bateu 100% com a original, assim as partes pintadas possuem diferença de tom. Mas a tinta foi muito bem aplicada, talvez com um polimento aproxime mais, no mais o carro está disponível para eu usar.
Preço de Seguradora, atendimento e serviço aquém de qualquer associação.
Paguei desde que adquiri o carro e quando precisei mandaram o carro para um oficina que danificaram o carro em locais que nem o acidente tinha danificado. A Oficina fez a pintura que já entregou descascando no porta malas, o parachoque amarrado com abraçadeira e já soltou, me entregou o carro com os bancos cheios de pó de lixagem, marcas de água e com péssimo cheiro, romperam meu desembaçador, minhas portas não travam mais. A oficina arranhou até na lata a minha porta traseira esquerda e a coluna do carro. Além também da vistoria que é arbitrária, que tenta não cobrir todos os danos da colisão. Tentei conversar sem sucesso, fui no Reclame Aqui e agora estou aguardando para ver se será necessário ir ao procon.

Tive uma colisão com uma moto, a seguradora só tem 2 oficinas para o efetuar o reparo do veículo, ambas muito distante do local onde a moto se encontra (sendo que a mesma não consegue se deslocar)... Adivinha o que descobrir ? Tenho que me virar pra levar a moto a onde a AVAP quer porque não irão rebocar a moto ! Super justo né ! Vocês tem um deficiência de oficinas credenciadas, e quem paga o pato sou eu ! Só não fiz o cancelamento hoje, porque preciso esperar o reparo da moto... Mas não recomendo mesmo pra ninguém ! Decepção total !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um acidente com um carro que possui Avap...3 semanas para me enviarem um email, dizem que vão ligar e não ligam. Já faz mais de 5 semanas e ainda não sei quando vão consertar o meu carro. Na última sexta descobri apenas que o conserto foi autorizado mas que é preciso aguardar chegar o pará-choque. Concluindo: são péssimos! Parece que não sabem o que estão fazendo! Estou esperando apenas por respeito à motorista que me causou o acidente e se mostrou muito disposta a resolver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendi o veículo e liguei para efetuar o cancelamento da proteção a atendente me informou que bastaria não efetuar o pagamento da fatura que iria vencer que automaticamente a proteção seria cancelada em 30 dias e o contrato finalizado. E assim foi feito, mas para nossa surpresa depois de alguns meses o meu nome foi negativado junto aos órgãos de proteção de crédito. Eu vou correr atrás dos meus direitos pelas vias legais. Mas de imediato o carro da minha esposa tiramos da associação e mais 3 carros da minha família que eram associados. Quanto ao serviço no tempo que permaneci só utilizei o reboque que por sinal demorou quase 3 horas para comparecer segundo eles por causa da demanda num domingo de manhã. Meu cunhado teve mais dor de cabeça quando acidentou com a moto teve que entrar na justiça para receber o valor correto
