O meu anel Beijo, da VOA Jóias, perdeu a pedra preta de ônix, pouco depois de ter expirado a garantia. Entrei em contato com a loja, que se dispôs a providenciar novo ônix, bancar os fretes de ida e volta e fazer o conserto, tudo gratuitamente. E para fechar com chave de ouro, ainda me mandou um cartãozinho manuscrito, pedindo desculpas e me concedendo um vale de 100 reais. Já era cliente da loja, pois as jóias são lindas e com design diferente, mas agora me sinto ainda mais segura para indicar para as minhas amigas. Parabéns à VOA Jóias pelo profissionalismo!

Tiveram até a preocupação de escrever uma cartinha destinada a nós o que tornou o tudo ainda mais especial. Com certeza qdo for ao Rio quero visitar a loja pessoalmente ?
We ordered 2 wonderful scapulars and they arrived on time. Personally the scapulars were more beautiful than in the photos. They even had the concern of writing a letter for us, which made everything even more special. For sure when I go to Rio I want to visit the store in person ?
