Quel manque d'élégance et de savoir vivre... Jamais je n'ai été reçu de cette façon. Accueillir un client debout pour acheter une montre à quasiment 9000 €...
Alors même que nous étions en train de discuter, vous êtes allé chercher votre machine à carte de crédit, vous vouliez me débiter avant même que la montre soit nettoyée et présentée dans son écrins ?
Votre attitude est une honte à l'image de Rolex.
Je me ferai un plaisir de leur faire part dès mon retour en France de votre attitude et des pratiques de votre magasin.
