★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e serviço prestado, todos são perdidos, é uma salada que vira de gente da construtora te perguntando quase sempre as mesmas coisas por WhatsApp, é fora do normal, "diretor" não tem postura na posição que ocupa tudo é engraçado para ele, sinceramente, o slogan da empresa de "ajudando a conquistar sonhos", deveria ser "conquistando pesadelos".
Na contratação é aquela maravilha, mas depois que tem um problema, você realmente vê a verdadeira postura da empresa, que ao meu ver não é profissional, tive problemas desde o inicio da obra e estou tendo até hoje e sem retorno! infelizmente aquele sonho da conquista do imóvel, virou um total pesadelo, dias de preocupações e noites sem dormir!
Segue algumas fotos do problema de drenagem comunicado dia 17/12/2021 e sem retorno... sem falar a instalação da porta de vidro que foi feita errada, ""consertaram"" e ainda está torta, a instalação de poste errada, corredores fora de nível, pintura feita de qualquer jeito, reboco torto, instalação de hidráulica e elétrica divergente com a planta e entre outros problemas, é desanimador!
Bad service and service provided, everyone is lost, it's a salad that turns from people from the construction company asking you almost always the same things over WhatsApp, it's unusual, "director" has no attitude in the position he occupies everything is funny for him, honestly, the company slogan of "helping to conquer dreams", should be "conquering nightmares".
In hiring, it's wonderful, but after you have a problem, you really see the company's true attitude, which in my view is not professional, I had problems since the beginning of the work and I'm having it until today and no return! unfortunately that dream of conquering the property turned into a total nightmare, days of worries and sleepless nights!
Here are some photos of the drainage problem reported on 12/17/2021 and no return... not to mention the installation of the glass door that was done wrong, ""fixed"" and it's still crooked, the wrong pole installation, corridors out of level, paint done in any way, crooked plaster, hydraulic and electrical installation divergent with the plant and among other problems, it's discouraging!
