It seems that they are the customer and we are the seller. They make no question and effort to serve the customer promptly and attentively. Worst service I've ever seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente nos dias de hoje ainda existe lugares que nao atendem telefone e isso porque estou interessado em comprar um imovel mas so de nao atenderem o fone ja me desinteressei isso causa ma impressao perderam o negocio vou procurar em outro lugar.
Actually these days there are still places that do not answer the phone and that is because I am interested in buying a property but just not answering the phone, I am no longer interested, this causes a bad impression.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, o corretor que atendeu a mim e minha esposa é um enrolão, a empresa não cumpriu nenhum prazo que estava em contrato para a locação do apto. Contrataram uma equipe de obra para reformar o imóvel que é de uma incopetência gigante, nunca respondiam os questionamentos, tive que eu mesmo ir atrás para saber como estava o andamento da obra. Agora para fazer o destrato de algo que nem chegou a ser concretizado, é outra enrolação. Nunca façam negócio com essa empresa
Terrible service, the broker who attended to me and my wife is a mess, the company did not meet any deadline that was in the contract for the lease of the apartment. They hired a construction team to renovate the property, which is hugely incompetent, they never answered questions, I had to go after it myself to find out how the work was going. Now, to abuse something that didn't even come to fruition, it's another mess. Never do business with this company
