 The service from the seller Joyce was very good but the company is terrible to negotiate. It was the dealership that most devalued my vehicle in the exchange and the difference was something huge.

Liguei várias vezes pra comprar peça e simplesmente tiram o telefone do gancho...se é assim pelo telefone imagina a bagunça pessoalmente
Não vai servir pra nada mesmo pq ninguém vai responder mas essa foi o meu primeiro contato com esse lugar.
Liguei na zamora fui bem atendido e comprei o que precisava.
Terrible attendance
I called several times to buy a part and they simply took the phone off the hook...if it's like that on the phone, imagine the mess in person
It won't do any good because no one will answer but this was my first contact with this place.
I called zamora, I was well attended and I bought what I needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não comprem na Carrera Volks do Ceasa. Eu desisti de uma compra e o gerente está me enrolando pra devolver o sinal pago via pix. Ficam te enrolando e exigindo carta registrada em cartorio, mais de 3 dias pra devolver o dinheiro, total falta de respeito e transparência. Exigem q vc faça rapidão o pix na hora e te enrolam pra devolver o dinheiro! @vwbrasil
Don't buy at Carrera Volks from Ceasa. I gave up on a purchase and the manager is tricking me into returning the signal paid via pix. They keep rolling you and demanding a registered letter, more than 3 days to return the money, total lack of respect and transparency. They demand that you make the pix quickly and they roll you over to return the money! @vwbrasil

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior Coisa que ja fiz foi ter entrado nessa loja comprei um carro em dezembro ate hj nao resolveram q o carro veio com multa tive problema de vazamento no motor tive que deixa 2x o carro la cada vez ficou uma semana pra me dar uma posição Isso pq paguei o carro a vista Me arrependo amargamente não entro nunca mas Um lixo um descaso com o cliente aff.
Worst thing I've ever done is I went into this store I bought a car in December until today they didn't solve that the car came with a fine I had a problem with a leak in the engine I had to leave the car there twice each time it stayed a week to give me a position That's because I paid the car in sight I regret it bitterly I never go in but A rubbish a disregard for the customer aff.
