Comprei um sistema de pressurização com a Voltex, vendedor Jean super atencioso e prestativo!
Mas o seu deleite acaba na hora do pós-vendas! Inumeras tentativas frustadas de solicitação de serviço, sendo que o dono da empresa, Sr. Leonardo é o pior de todos, além de não dar nenhum retorno faz descaso sobre o atendimento!
Pensando em comprar com a Voltex pq tem um bom preço? Pague um pouco mais caro mas não compre com eles!

I bought a pressurization system with Voltex, Jean salesman super attentive and helpful!
But your delight ends at the post-sales time! Numerous unsuccessful attempts to request service, and the owner of the company, Mr. Leonardo, is the worst of all, in addition to not giving any feedback, he neglects the service!
Thinking of buying with Voltex because it has a good price? Pay a little more but don't buy from them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo pós venda. Te dão atenção até a hora da venda, depois não te respondem para fazer reparo. Comprei meu sistema em agosto/2020, tudo que me foi indicado por eles eu comprei, marca dos equipamentos e quantidade de placas, meu sistema só funciona bem no verão, com sol muito forte. Desde abril/2021 o sistema não funciona mesmo tendo dias de sol, quando mais precisamos de água quente, só consigo tomar banho no chuveiro elétrico. Você pede assistência e eles não te respondem. Uma falta de respeito sendo que foi gasto 7 mil reais em equipamento e mão de obra.
Terrible after sale. They pay attention to you until it's time for the sale, then they don't answer you for repairs. I bought my system in August/2020, I bought everything they indicated to me, brand of equipment and number of cards, my system only works well in summer, with very strong sun. Since April/2021 the system has not worked even on sunny days, when we need hot water the most, I can only take a shower in the electric shower. You ask for assistance and they don't respond. A lack of respect given that 7,000 reais were spent on equipment and labor.

Ele instalaram um equipamento errado , nao funcionou . tive que chamar outra empresa e foi verificado que eles instalaram um equipamento para outro tipo de gas. fiquei por uma semana ligando na empresa , que não tem dono , pois segundo a atendente , que nunca sabe de nada , o dono , so vem abrir a empresa e vai embora , a vendedora , esta sempre em reuniao , e nunca tem tempo de falar com o tecnico para resolver o problema .

It was bad. I bought a heater for my mother's apartment. They installed the wrong equipment, it didn't work. I had to call another company and it was verified that they installed equipment for another type of gas. I stayed for a week calling the company, which has no owner, because according to the attendant, who never knows anything, the owner, just comes to open the company and leaves, the saleswoman is always in a meeting, and never has time to talk with the technician to solve the problem.
Terrible, service, zero professionalism.
