★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito, não existe um telefone para contato,se passar 10 minutos do horário e mesmo eles vendo o veículo, não querem saber,fecham e vão embora! Péssimo!
Lack of respect, there is no phone number to contact, if 10 minutes pass the time and even though they see the vehicle, they don't want to know, they close and leave! Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu carro no estacionamento da Washington Luis, 220 (Vornado Estacionamento) em 18/07/2014 às 17:02h. Avisei a moça da recepção que pegaria o carro às 20:00h, tendo em vista o rodizio da placa. Cheguei às 20:03h e estava todo fechado. Meu veículo ficou dentro do estacionamento. E se eu moro no interior, tenho filho doente ou qualquer outro problema grave? É tolerância zero? Falta de respeito com o consumidor, o Cidadão, Pai de família!! Lamentável existir estabelecimento como esse!!
I left my car in the Washington Luis parking lot, 220 (Vornado Parking) on 7/18/2014 at 5:02 pm. I warned the girl at the front desk that I would get the car at 8:00 pm in view of the sign's rotation. I arrived at 20: 03h and was all closed. My vehicle was inside the parking lot. What if I live in the countryside, have a sick child or any other serious problem? Is it zero tolerance? Lack of respect with the consumer, the Citizen, Father of the family !! Unfortunate to have such establishment !!
