Eles cuidaram de toda parte burocrática e operacional para que pudéssemos nos preocupar somente em curtir a nossa viagem em lua de mel.
Indico o serviço de olhos fechados e logo estaremos de volta em nossa próxima viagem.

My wife and I had a personalized, attentive and sincere service from Claudemir.
They took care of all the bureaucratic and operational parts so that we could only worry about enjoying our honeymoon trip.
I recommend the service with eyes closed and soon we will be back on our next trip.

Viajei recentemente para Manaus e Belém e a funcionária Dani foi perfeita conseguindo os melhores preços e me dando todo suporte, principalmente nesse cenário de pandemia.
I know Vou Tur since 2007!!! I highly recommend it to all my friends, because they have great prices, good repute and super-prepared professionals to help make the perfect trip!!! I recently traveled to Manaus and Belém and the employee Dani was perfect, getting the best prices and giving me all the support, especially in this pandemic scenario.

Sempre preocupados com o bem estar de todos os que estão no grupo... viajo com idosas (mãe e vó) e sempre se preocupam em nos colocar em hotéis com bons serviços... que sejam adequados para elas... com estrutura e atendimento ideais... quando há qualquer problema estão a disposição... tanto o Claudemir como a Dani são ótimos... nos dão todo o respaldo para que as férias sejam maravilhosas e para que não tenhamos nenhum aborrecimento... E se houver estão sempre prontos para tentar resolver da melhor maneira possível... Sempre indico eles e acho importantissimo ter uma empresa de viagem vinculada as férias... pois com eles você sabe que pode relaxar pois cuidarão de tudo... desde check-in... translado... atendimento no hotel.... dicas de passeio.... restaurantes... uma empresa completa e muito séria! Indico demais e não troco!
I always travel with Voutur... super attentive... Always concerned about the well-being of everyone in the group... I travel with elderly women (mother and grandmother) and they always care about putting us in hotels with good services. .. that are suitable for them... with ideal structure and service... when there is any problem they are available... both Claudemir and Dani are great... they give us all the support so that the holidays are wonderful and so that we don't have any hassle... And if there is, they are always ready to try to solve it in the best possible way... I always recommend them and I think it's very important to have a travel company linked to the holidays... because with them you know you can relax because they will take care of everything... from check-in... transfer... service at the hotel.... sightseeing tips.... restaurants... a complete and very serious company! I highly recommend and won't change!

Mas a Daniele prontamente nos atendeu, deu todo o suporte, e foi muito paciente pq o tanto que mandamos mensagem questionando rs... mas, foi tudo perfeito, aproveitamos muito a viagem para o Sul, Beto Carrero foram 2 dias incríveis. Com toda certeza iremos procurar a Vou Tur para uma próxima viagem.
My husband and I were scared to death, after all we had never traveled by plane, much less with an agency. But Daniele promptly answered us, gave all the support, and was very patient because we sent messages asking questions lol... but everything was perfect, we really enjoyed the trip to the South, Beto Carrero was an amazing 2 days. We will definitely look for Vou Tur for a next trip.
