I thought the service was very good, but the owner is from Bahia and so the car took 8 days longer than normal to get ready.

I did a repair on the hydraulic steering pump on my Sandero 2010, I have been running the car for over a year and the service was impeccable. Service with 1 year warranty and great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço. Não consertaram nada. Foram cobrados R$ 1.100,00 e em 3 dias o mesmo problema voltou. Levamos o carro novamente pois estava na garantia de 3 meses, e queriam cobrar mais 500,00, não aceitamos e nada foi feito. Não cumprem o que falam. Não cobriram nada de garantia do serviço que nem sabemos se realmente foi realizado ou se foi fachada. Vamos procurar nossos direitos na justiça. Pois pagamos um absurdo. Queremos o cancelamento do pagamento. Não recomendo a ninguém passar por este transtorno. Foram 1.100,00 e o carro continua vazando o óleo no mesmo lugar. Não caiam nessa furada.
Poor service. They didn't fix anything. R $ 1,100.00 was charged and in 3 days the same problem returned. We took the car again because it was under the 3-month warranty, and they wanted to charge another 500.00, we didn't accept it and nothing was done. They don't do what they say. They did not cover anything guaranteeing the service that we do not even know if it was actually performed or if it was a facade. We will seek our rights in court. Because we paid absurd. We want the payment to be canceled. I do not recommend to anyone to go through this disorder. There were 1,100.00 and the car continues to leak oil in the same place. Don't fall for this hole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simpatia nem sempre quer dizer bom trabalho. Foram atenciosos mas condenaram a minha caixa de DIREÇÃO HIDRÁULICA em uma avaliação de 10 min. Não satisfeita levei em outro profissional que passou uma manhã inteira com meu carro onde o mesmo verificou que a folga não tinha necessidade de reparo. Resumindo: se não procuro uma outra opinião ia perder 1500,00 sem necessidade alguma.
Friendliness doesn't always mean good work. They were considerate but doomed my POWER STEERING box in a 10 min review. Not satisfied, I took it to another professional who spent an entire morning with my car where he verified that the gap did not need repair. In short: if I don't look for another opinion I would lose 1500.00 without any need.
