★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Comprei uma bateria portátil 18000 mAh na loja do shopping Iguatemi de Fortaleza. Não consegui carregar mais que duas vezes um smartphone Motorola (4000 mAh). Quando comprei disseram que ela tinha 1 ano de garantia e que dentro desse prazo bastava ir lá que eles trocavam caso tivesse defeito. Chegando lá, com 23 dias da compra e uso de apenas duas únicas cargas, a bateria está horrível. Fui à loja e tive de abrir uma ordem de serviço deixando a bateria para análise. Detalhe: ela custou 405 reais que, se eu tivesse investido em 10 rodízios de carne na churrascaria Fogo Campeiro, teria sido melhor. Pelo menos não teria tido prejuízo. Não recomendo essa empresa e marca. Quando vendem dizem uma coisa, e depois aparecem com essa. Nota zero. Queria dar zero estrelas, mas não tem essa opção.
Terrible. I bought a 18000 mAh portable battery in the Iguatemi mall store in Fortaleza. I could not charge a Motorola smartphone (4000 mAh) more than twice. When I bought it they said that it had a 1 year warranty and that within that period it was enough to go there that they would change if it had a defect. Arriving there, with 23 days of purchase and use of only two single charges, the battery is horrible. I went to the store and had to open a work order leaving the battery for analysis. Detail: it cost 405 reais that if I had invested in 10 meat casters at the Fogo Campeiro steakhouse, it would have been better. At least he would not have been hurt. I do not recommend this company and brand. When they sell they say one thing, and then they come up with that one. Note zero. I wanted to give zero stars, but you do not have that option.
