★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coloquei o meu carro para consertar o ar e colocar vidros elétricos no meu carro, na primeira semana depois q retirei o carro da Oficina, os vidros começaram a travar e não estavam fechando, minha esposa levou o carro na Oficina, eles olharam e falaram q os pinos que abrem os vidros estavam estragados, falaram para ela compra e eles trocariam, mais antes esses vidros nunca tiverem esses problemas, se as travas estavam estragados pq a Oficina não me ligou para falar sobre o problema? Nem questionei, mais perderam um cliente e tbm não indico.
I put my car to fix the air and put electric windows in my car, the first week after I removed the car from the Workshop, the windows started to lock and were not closing, my wife took the car in the Workshop, they looked and said q the pins that open the windows were damaged, they told her to buy and they would exchange, but before those windows never had these problems, if the locks were damaged, why didn't the Workshop call me to talk about the problem? I didn't even question it, but they lost a client and I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tive uma péssima experiência, fui fazer o orçamento do alarme contra furto e três pessoas atenderam ao mesmo tempo e ambos disseram que estava queimado que cobrariam 450 reais para colocar um novo, quando fui na loja na mesma rua o vendedor trocou o fusível e não cobrou nada. Fiquei muito frustrada com a falta de honestidade dessa loja. Não indico para ninguém.
Unfortunately I had a bad experience, I went to budget the theft alarm and three people answered at the same time and both said it was burned and they would charge 450 reais to put a new one, when I went to the store on the same street the seller changed the fuse and it didn't charged nothing. I was very frustrated with the lack of honesty in this store. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troquei Insulfilm do meu carro quebraram tampa interna da terceira luz de freio e veio faltando um parafuso na maçaneta interna da porta, reclamei me senti como se estivesse fazendo reclamação para uma porta, pois as desculpas não me convenceram e nem um pouco e me deixaram no prejuízo, você dúvida de mim vai lá manda colocar Insulfilm no seu carro, depois volte aqui e me ofereça uma garrafa de Whisky Macallan M Single Malt Scotch, eu até irei te agradecer.
I changed my car's Insulfilm, they broke the inner cover of the third brake light and there was a screw missing in the inner door handle, I complained I felt like I was complaining to a door, because the excuses didn't convince me at all and left me in the damage, you doubt me go there, have Insulfilm put in your car, then come back here and offer me a bottle of Whiskey Macallan M Single Malt Scotch, I'll even thank you.
