★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após 11 meses utilizando o serviço, descobri que haviam passado administração à outra parceira por nome 76 Telecom, aí começou a cair o sinal, quando mas precisei, inclusive trabalhos, sem êxito, agora, segundo atendente EDINEIA, voltou a ser administrado pela WIFI Telecom, como estava no nome da minha filha, embora eu pagasse a fatura, pedi pra transferirem pra meu nome, a mesma pessoa a qual citei acima, disse nas últimas conversas gravadas que havia perdido meus dados e que deveria enviá- los novamente, pacientemente, os enviei novamente, nessa oportunidade, na sexta feira 29/01/2021, após estar com problemas há dias, fiz um APELO pra que ela não me deixasse sem sinal, mesmo assim, já tendo reclamado no site do RECLAME AQUI, retornei ao referido site e além de elogiar o atendimento de EDINEIA, tive a precipitada iniciativa de atribuir "NOTA 9", quando na verdade real, nota devia ser "NOTA 4", portanto errei, na noite de sexta feira, sábado, domingo e até o dia e hora de hoje, estou usando outra Operadora subsidiária a fim de manifestar e alertar outros pretendentes do serviço da WIFI Telecom . Espero que a Empresa melhore e tenha uma ascensão no Mercado, SEM MIM, eu não quero passar mais nervoso e portanto, CANCELAREI essa "prestação de serviço" o qual caracterizo como INEFICIENTE, SEM QUALIDADE, FALTA DE COMPROMETIMENTO COM O CLIENTE, mesmo expondo o nome da Empresa obrigando ASSINANTES migrarem pra outra Operadora. PROBLEMA NÃO RESOLVIDO. ?
 After 11 months using the service, I found out that they had passed administration to another partner by name 76 Telecom, then the signal started to drop, but when I needed it, including jobs, without success, now, according to attendant EDINEIA, it was once again managed by WIFI Telecom , as it was in my daughter's name, although I paid the invoice, I asked to transfer it to my name, the same person I mentioned above, said in the last recorded conversations that I had lost my data and that I should patiently send it again, I sent them again, on this opportunity, on Friday 29/01/2021, after being in trouble for days, I made an APPEAL so that she would not leave me without a signal, even so, having already complained on the RECLAME HERE website, I returned to that website and in addition to praising EDINEIA's service, I had the hasty initiative to assign "NOTE 9", when in reality, the note should be "NOTE 4", so I went wrong, on Friday night, Saturday, Sunday and until the day it's time to today, I am using another subsidiary Operator in order to express and alert other applicants for the WIFI Telecom service. I hope the Company improves and has a rise in the market, WITHOUT ME, I don't want to be more nervous and therefore, I CANCEL this "service rendering" which I characterize as INEFFICIENT, WITHOUT QUALITY, LACK OF COMMITMENT TO THE CUSTOMER, even exposing the Company name forcing SUBSCRIBERS to migrate to another Operator. PROBLEM NOT SOLVED. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu gostaria de saber quando vou conseguir assistir um filme com a internet de vocês ?porque já faz quase dois meses que tenho essa internet e pra abrir um vídeo é um sacrifício ,pagar um serviço que não funciona !Eu querendo cancelar e me cobraram 499 reais de fidelidade!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalho remotamente e simplesmente não dá pra contar com essa provedora. O sinal de internet é um lixo, sempre instável e o atendimento é péssimo, quando ligo na central diz que o telefone não existe. W2i é um lixo!
I work remotely and simply cannot rely on this provider. The internet signal is rubbish, always unstable and the service is terrible, when I call the center it says that the telephone does not exist. W2i sucks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, dia 30.01.21 (sabado) 14h15, tentei entrar em contato com a empresa, pois estou com problemas no sinal de internet, e para minha surpresa, o serviço de suporte funciona apenas em horário administrativo, ou seja, se por um milagre minha internet não voltar a funcionar, somente na segunda conseguirei resolver.
Mas com certeza o boleto vira com valor integral...
Agora se eu resolver descontar os finais de semana e feriado que eles não trabalham, aí eles não vão aceitar...
Isso é o cúmulo do absurdo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa péssima! Quedas constantes, não tenho como trabalhar, estou tendo prejuízos, uma vez fiquei 5 dias sem Internet, não cumprem prazos, telefones não atendem nunca!
WhatsApp é inútil também estou sem Internet aqui e não há suporte nem pelo aplicativo da empresa, total descaso, fujam dessa empresa, formalizei hoje reclamação no Procon, Anatel e Reclame Aqui que nunca respondem, estarei denunciando o descaso a TV Record no xerife do consumidor do programa Balanço Geral.
Terrible company! Constant falls, I can't work, I'm having losses, once I was without the Internet for 5 days, deadlines are not met, telephones are never answered!
WhatsApp is useless I'm also without Internet here and there is no support even by the company's application, total disregard, flee from this company, I filed a complaint today with Procon, Anatel and Complain Here, who never respond, I'll be denouncing the negligence to TV Record at the consumer sheriff of the General Balance Sheet program.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssima empresa! internet funciona apenas 3 dias por semana, não tem suporte técnico fica jogando de um pro outro. não tenendem as ligações quando precisamos deles....toda semana tenho problema com a W2i e 76telcom... cada uma das empresas me manda seu boleto..se pago um a outra empresa corta minha internet alegando que estou com boleto atrasado e vice versa, ....sou obrigado e ligar pra eles e provar encaminhar o comprovante de pagemento pra ambas....sem falar que dizem que tem atendimento e suporte 24 horas e não é verdade...
lousy company! internet works only 3 days a week, there is no technical support and you play from one to the other. do not take calls when we need them .... every week I have a problem with W2i and 76telcom ... each of the companies sends me their ticket ... if I pay each other company it cuts my internet claiming that I have a late ticket and vice versa, .... I am obliged to call them and prove that they send the payment slip to both of them .... not to mention that they say they have 24-hour service and support and it is not true ...

Palhaçada,uma falta de respeito,pagar por algo que não funciona...
