★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adorei o atendimento, ambiente aconchegante, funcionários receptivos e bons profissionais. Só não dou 5 estrelas pelo preço, entendo que por estar dentro de um shopping center há uma certa valorização, mas algumas promoções são sempre bem vindas e necessárias!
I loved the service, warm, welcoming staff and good professionals. Just do not give 5 stars for the price, I understand that by being in a shopping center there is a certain value, but some promotions are always welcome and needed!

Tive qie procurar um salão. Fiquei feliz quando o Werner de Bangu foi inaugurado. Só decepção. Ao chegar no salão em Bangu Werner. Chamaram uma promocional para cortar o meu cabelo. Ela na mesma hora. Ela olhou meu cabelo falou que não iria cortar muito dificil. Ai chamaram o rapaz para cortar o meu cabelo . chegando em casa fui ver direito e tinha varios defeitos. Fui no salão na terça feita era folga dele ficou marcado para às 10 hs. Quarta feira. Fiquei esperando 1hs e 10 minuto. E dois funcionários caindo na gargalhada
