★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha filha de 13 anos para cortar o cabelo. O profissional a levou para lavar o cabelo e depois de algum tempo percebi que minha filha ainda estava na área de lavagem. Quando fui perguntar porque estava demorando descobri que o profissional estava fazendo uma reconstrução capilar sem minha autorização! A gerente extremamente educada e solicita resolveu e não cobrou a reconstrução, mas o " profissional" não cortou o cabelo da minha filha como ela havia pedido e mesmo eu tendo avisado antes do início do corte que queria que passasse a máquina na nuca ele não o fez, eu estava tão irritada que não percebi. Resultado: não reduziu o comprimento, não fez a nuca com a máquina e ainda passou produto sem minha autorização. Não recomendo.

Result: it didn't reduce the length, didn't make the back of the head with the machine and still passed the product without my authorization. I do not recommend.

Não recomendo, me deixou constrangida!
Entrei, sentei e sai me fazendo passar vergonha.
Pode ser o profissional que for mas isso é horrível para um cliente.

Alem de esperar tanto, sai sem utilizar o servico, pois tinha compromisso e nao poderia esperar mas de trinta minutos. Engraçado que se o cliente atrasar 5 min , a empresa ja coloca outro em seu lugar, mas fazer o cliente esperar nao tem hora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cortei o cabelo no salão há poucos dias, o profissional fez um corte completamente diferente do q eu pedi, mas ele fez uma escova e na hora parecia estar ok, qnd cheguei em casa e levei o cabelo q vi vários buracos no corte e cortes tão pequenos q nada posso fazer para arrumar. Quis cortar o cabelo para melhorar um pouco minha auto estima e agora tenho vontade de chorar toda vez q me olho no espelho. Não indico pra ninguém!

Fiz um tratamento maravilhoso no meu cabelo com o Maicon, o que foi recomendado por ele era exatamente o que meu cabelo estava precisando! Mesmo depois de lavado, meu cabelo está maravilhoso. Único ponto de atenção é que ele precisa aprender a finalizar cabelo cacheado, o que nesses salões tradicionais, realmente é comum não saberem. Fora isso, tudo certo! Atendimento da recepção correto, mesmo num dia de salão cheio (véspera dia das mães), voltarei.
