★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimentos péssimo! Seguram fila para dar volume e lucro com mesas e lounges, e a casa vazia. Não recomendo em nenhum ponto, fila com mais de 2 horas de espera.
 Terrible attendances! They line up to give volume and profit with tables and lounges, and the house is empty. I do not recommend at any point, a queue with more than 2 hours of waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segunda vez que vou e fico impressionada com o desrespeito com as pessoas. Fiquei uma hora e meia em pé na fila. E parece que fazem isso sempre. Não pretendo voltar e ter que fazer plantao.
Second time I go and I'm impressed with the disrespect for people. I stood in line for an hour and a half. And it seems they always do. I don't intend to go back and have to work.

Pessoal, só uma sugestão, sempre olhem a comanda na hora de pagar. Uma amiga nktou que tinha uma heineken na sua comanda (e ela nem bebe a cerveja) e reclamou... Chamaram o rapaz do bar e ficaram perguntando a ele se ele vendeu a cerveja pra ela (claro que ele não lembrava) e trataram minha amiga de uma forma um pouco hostil por causs disso... Tirando esse intempérie, não tenho do que reclamar...
I really like the place, the songs. The food is very good!!! The caipirinha is a little too strong!!! LOL
Guys, just a suggestion, always look at the command when paying. A friend nktou who had a heineken on her command (and she doesn't even drink the beer) and complained... They called the guy from the bar and were asking him if he sold the beer to her (of course he didn't remember) and they treated me friend in a somewhat hostile way because of that... Apart from this bad weather, I have nothing to complain about...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pontos fortes: Um dos poucos lugares ainda de música sertaneja! Música boa. Pessoal da segurança , recepção, do bar todos simpáticos.
Pontos a melhorar: fila, transparência no fechamento de comanda.
Strong points: One of the few places still with country music! Good music. Security staff, reception, bar all friendly.
Points to improve: queue, transparency in command closing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lixo de lugar! Fomos em 4 pessoas, estava tudo legal até o Grosso e mau educado do gerente FILIPE( um gordo) que chegou e tirou a gente da mesa pra colocar 2 mulheres. Pagamos pela mesa e mesmo assim fomos tirados a força! Ele disse que seria o gerente e dono da casa, e que se não estivéssemos satisfeitos era só irmos embora! Foi o que fizemos, e fomos pro santo cúpido, que é OUTRO NÍVEL....
A rubbish place! We went in 4 people, everything was fine until the rude and rude manager FILIPE (a fat man) who arrived and took us away from the table to put 2 women. We paid for the table and we were still forcibly taken away! He said that he would be the manager and owner of the house, and that if we were not satisfied, we would just leave!
