Há alguns meses levei novamente e me informaram que o custo para conserto ficaria em torno de 600,00, pois havia queimado o motor e além de outras peças. Não autorizei o conserto, pois na internet estava quase o valor de uma nova. Levei a semana passada em uma outra assistência Top Jet na rua Santa Cruz 884, para ter uma segunda opinião. Para minha surpresa, o valor do conserto ficou 250,00, pois foi trocado uma peça atrás do botão liga e desliga, que eu não me lembro o nome agora. Acho que todos trabalhamos para ganhar dinheiro, mas inventar defeito é feio demais. Nunca mais piso na Wash Tec, pois para mim não foram honestos com seu diagnósticos. Super indico a Top Jet. Ótimo atendimento e honestidade e preço justo.
I am a customer of this assistance, where I have already taken my washer another opportunity. A few months ago I took it again and they informed me that the repair cost would be around 600.00, as it had burned the engine and other parts. I didn't authorize the repair, because on the internet it was almost the value of a new one. Last week I took another Top Jet assistance at 884 Santa Cruz Street, to get a second opinion. To my surprise, the cost of the repair was 250.00, as a part behind the on and off button was exchanged, which I don't remember the name of now. I think we all work to earn money, but inventing defects is too ugly. I never step on the Wash Tec again, as for me they weren't honest with their diagnoses. Super recommend Top Jet. Great service and honesty and fair price.
