Fiz a compra de um carro nessa loja e levei todos esses brindes mencionados acima.
O carro estava com defeito na embreagem, levei várias vezes na loja para que fosse consertado, e o defeito persistia. Então, resolvi trocar o carro por outro da própria loja, no mês de maio. Tive que pagar multa por isso, pois de acordo com eles, eu estava quebrando contrato (fiz a troca dentro do prazo e ainda sim disseram que tinha multa)
Aí você deve estar pensando que tudo foi resolvido com essa troca. Mas na verdade, os problemas só foram maiores. O carro pelo qual fiz a troca foi mais novo, porém, com muuuuito mais problemas. Esse carro foi adquirido para trabalho, pois meu namorado é uber. Porém, foram tantos defeitos que o carro apresentou, que ele vive mais na oficina do que em nossa mão. Gastamos bastante dinheiro nesse carro. Fizemos empréstimos e mais empréstimos para conseguir pagar, mas os problemas não paravam, e com isso, meu namorado ficava parado, sem poder trabalhar, pois a loja só fica enrolando. Levamos o carro inúmeras vezes na loja para que consertassem. O carro ficava por lá vários e vários dias, e quando buscávamos, os problemas ainda estavam ali. O carro necessitava trocar o catalisador, radiador, ventoinha, carter, e muitas outras coisas e o gerente deu sua palavra, assinou um papel que demos com todos os problemas que precisavam ser resolvidos e só fez algumas coisas das quais o carro precisava. Com isso, o carro permaneceu apresentando problemas e danificando outras coisas. Até o certo momento o carro está na oficina, devido a falta de compromisso dessa maldita loja.
Quando penso nessa loja, só me vem uma coisa em mente: ARREPENDIMENTO.

I bought a car at this store and took all these gifts mentioned above.
The car was defective in the clutch, I took it several times to the store to have it fixed, and the defect persisted. So, I decided to exchange the car for another one from the store, in May. I had to pay a fine for this, because according to them, I was breaking the contract (I made the exchange on time and they still said I had a fine)
Then you must be thinking that everything was resolved with this exchange. But actually, the problems were only bigger. The car I traded for was newer, but with soooo more problems. This car was purchased for work as my boyfriend is uber. However, there were so many defects that the car had, that it lives more in the workshop than in our hands. We spent a lot of money on this car. We made loans and more loans to be able to pay, but the problems didn't stop, and with that, my boyfriend was stopped, unable to work, because the store just kept stalling. We took the car to the store countless times to have it fixed. The car was there for several days, and when we searched, the problems were still there. The car needed to change the catalytic converter, radiator, fan, crankcase, and many other things and the manager gave his word, signed a paper that we gave with all the problems that needed to be resolved and only did a few things the car needed. As a result, the car continued to show problems and damage other things. Until a certain moment the car is in the repair shop, due to the lack of commitment of this damn store.
When I think about this store, only one thing comes to mind: REPENTANCE.
