★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima academia. Para musculação os aparelhos são super novos e os professores muito atenciosos. Faço as aulas coletivas: fit dance, CORE, alongamento, Pilates, jump etc e os professores são incríveis também.
Tem massagem e yoga também, mas estas ainda não fiz.
Ambiente ótimo, super indico.
E regularmente eles organizam eventos e levam parceiros locais. Vale a pena conhecer.
Great gym. For weight training, the machines are super new and the teachers are very attentive. I do group classes: fit dance, CORE, stretching, Pilates, jump etc and the teachers are amazing too.
There's massage and yoga too, but I haven't done these yet.
Great atmosphere, super recommended.
And regularly they organize events and bring local partners. Worth knowing.

Fui muitíssimo bem atendido pela Tatiana, na recepção, que me apresentou à Academia com uma simpatia incrível, e pelo Profº Álvaro, que me deu todo o suporte frente a algumas dúvidas na execução dos exercícios. A infraestrutura é um item à parte: climatizada, aparelhos novos, limpeza absolutamente impecável. Super recomendo!
Gym with great equipment and truly personalized service. I was passing through São Paulo and it was a real find. I was very well attended by Tatiana, at the reception, who introduced me to the Academy with incredible friendliness, and by Prof. Álvaro, who gave me all the support in the face of some doubts in the execution of the exercises. The infrastructure is a separate item: air conditioning, new appliances, absolutely impeccable cleanliness. I highly recommend!
