Estou dando 1 Estela porque não tem como dar menos
Na hora de vender te tratam bem depois que recebem mudam completamente
Agem de má índole
Não sao educados no telefone
Perdi meu dia inteiro para comprar o veículo pois tinha várias coisas para fazer
Depois que efetuei a compra o carro não durou 1 hora na rua e voltou a quebrar
Tive que esperar quase 3 horas na calçada para vir os mecânico deles para me devolver o dinheiro que tinha pago
Fora a falta de educação e etica do vendedor pelo WhatsApp

When it comes to selling they treat you well after they receive completely change
They act bad
They are not educated on the phone.
I lost my whole day to buy the vehicle because I had several things to do
After I made the purchase the car did not last 1 hour on the street and broke again
I had to wait almost 3 hours on the sidewalk to come to their mechanic to give me back the money I had paid
Out the lack of education and ethics of the seller by WhatsApp

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ola boa tarde comprei meu carro la nunca tive nenhum tipo de problema com o carro e nem com a loja pesquisei tudo sobre a loja antes de comprar e so tive referencias boas e super indico a todos um bom atendimento e os vendedores sempre ajudam quando podem tambem em relação a financiamento lembrando que fiz analise em outras lojas sobre taxas e nessa loja foi aonde que eu encontrei taxa mais barata ai nao pensei duas vezes e estou esperando ate o meio do ano pra voltar la e trocar meu carro por um mais novo so tenho agradecer a voces da web multimarcas deus abençõe sempre voces .... quando forem la procurem o vendedor ISAAC menino experto que mostra todas as funcionalidades do carro vendedor sem preguiça atensioso ....
Hi, good afternoon, I bought my car. I never had any kind of problems with the car. I did not go to the store. I researched everything about the store before buying. I just had good references and I gave everyone a good service and the salesmen always help when they can. in relation to financing remembering that I did analyze in other stores about rates and in that store was where I found cheaper rate there I did not think twice and I'm waiting until the middle of the year to return and change my car for a new one only I have thank the multi-brand web voices god bless you always .... when they are looking for the ISAAC expert boy seller who shows all the features of the seller car without laziness atensioso ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior loja de venda de carro,só dei uma estrela porq não tem menos,os carros cheio de problemas,leva na garantia deles,os cara fica com seu carro 20 dias não arruma nada e quando vc vai ver no GPS eles estão dando volta com o carro 1 hora da manhã e falam q é delei no GPS meu carro ficou 45 dias altodo e não resolveram nada até acabar a garantia..já acionei o procon para rever minha compra..
The worst car sales shop, I only gave it a star because there's no less, the cars are full of problems, they have their warranty, the guys keep their car for 20 days they don't fix anything and when you go to see it on the GPS they're turning around with the car at 1 o'clock in the morning and they say it's a treat on the GPS, my car was stopped for 45 days and they didn't solve anything until the warranty expired..I've already activated the procon to review my purchase..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem 29/09/21, confirmei com o vendedor Leonardo que estaria na loja entre as 18h e 19h para ver um carro e possivelmente já fechar negócio. O mesmo me confirmou 3 vezes via whatsApp que me esperaria e para eu ir no horário combinado. Fiz maior programação para sair do trabalho mais cedo que é na zona oeste de SP, minha esposa deixou os bebês com minha sogra, abriu mão compromissos importantes para pegarmos um Uber e ver o carro e me deixaram na mão. Nem se quer ligaram para avisar. Só ignoraram as mensagens enviadas. UM BAITA DE DESCOMPROMISSO E DESRESPEITO com o consumidor. Comportamentos assim, além de difamar o local, perder a credibilidade mostra que não é um bom local para se fazer negócios. Só estou mandando essa mensagem por sugestão de olharem esse tipo de comportamento, pois isso afunda o negócio. ???
Yesterday, 9/29/21, I confirmed with the salesperson Leonardo that I would be at the store between 18:00 and 19:00 to see a car and possibly close the deal. He confirmed to me 3 times via whatsApp that he would wait for me and for me to go at the agreed time. I made a bigger schedule to leave work earlier, which is in the west side of SP, my wife left the babies with my mother-in-law, gave up important appointments so we could get a Uber and see the car and they let me down. They didn't even call to warn. They just ignored the sent messages. A LOT OF DISCOMMITMENT AND DISrespect with the consumer. Such behavior, in addition to defaming the place, losing credibility shows that it is not a good place to do business. I'm only sending this message at the suggestion of looking at this type of behavior, as it sinks the business. ???
