Provavelmente para despistar os clientes.
Serviço continua cada dia pior .... Eles não fazem reparo, a internet vive fora, as pessoas pagam por um serviço que eles não cumpre!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tive o que reclamar, mas tá ficando ridículo nos últimos meses, chega sexta-feira o sinal vai embora junto com os atendentes, aí volta no sábado junto com eles, quando os atendentes vão embora o sábado, o sinal também vai junto com eles, passamos o domingo sem sinal de internet, sem sinal de atendente, sem sinal de satisfação, segunda-feira volta ao normal quando os atendentes chegam pra trabalhar, a gente manda mensagem e nada de satisfação. Uma pena, não era assim, mas escutei dizer que houve troca de administração, perderá clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toda semana tenho que entrar em contato com o atendimento pois a internet fica sem funcionar. Hoje estou desde 14 hrs sem internet. Domingo não há atendimento de plantão. Raramente há desconto pois temos que ir na própria para solicitar, mas quando atrasei 3 dias dive o desprazer da cobrança pelo WhatsApp quando fui cobrar o porquê da internet não estar funcionando por problemas técnicos.

Estou muito insatisfeita com o serviço. Tá falando sério ? Então não estão verificando o whatsapp desde ontem passo mensagem e nenhuma resposta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absurdo que em UMA SEMANA o técnico tenha vinda na minha residência mais de 10 vezes porque a internet não funciona, e quando funciona não chega a velocidade que contratei. E pra melhorar não possui atendimento no fim de semana, ou seja acabou a internet, e não esta no horário deles, o problema é todo seu. Independente se você pagou $150,00 de instalação e não tem nem 1 SEMANA direito de serviço.

Todo final de semana e a mesma coisa internet para no sábado a tarde e só volta na segunda depois do almoço depois de muito insistir no reparo. E o pior não tem suporte final de semana. Não pode chover nem ventar se não adeus internet. E quando você liga pra falar que está sem o serviço a atendente ainda te trata mal como se fosse de graça. Quem puder fuja dessa empresa por que e dor de cabeça.
