He just filled the color that was in my hair and made highlights with an huge space from it roots plus with completely different tones.
Super-expensive and not worthy.

Pedi um tom mais claro tipo mel (algumas pessoas falam bronze ) e fazer luzes. Ele apenas manteve a cor, fez o preenchimento da mesma cor e fez luzes com 3 tonalidades diferentes. Meu cabelo escuro com luzes: amarelo, branco, mostarda.

I asked for a lighter honey-like tone (some people speak bronze) and make lights. He just kept the color, filled in the same color and made lights in 3 different shades. My dark hair with lights: yellow, white, mustard.

Depois de dois anos sem fazer nada (por conta de pandemia/gravidez/amamentação), fui atendida por um profissional que não conhecia (Célio, ou algo assim o nome dele) e nunca vi um desdém e desinteresse tão grande. Atendimento até rude, nem se apresentou. Se não fosse o fato de eu gostar MUITO do Thiago, nunca mais pisava no salão. Agora é corte com o Thiago e só, para tratamento procurarei um profissional mais educado e comprometido.
I've been doing treatments and haircuts at this salon for over 15 years. After two years without doing anything (due to the pandemic/pregnancy/breastfeeding), I was seen by a professional I didn't know (Célio, or something like that, his name) and I have never seen such disdain and disinterest. Service was even rude, he didn't even introduce himself. If it wasn't for the fact that I like Thiago A LOT, I would never step in the salon again. Now it's a cut with Thiago and only, for treatment, I'll look for a more educated and committed professional.

I did my hair with Fernanda! She got the dye, brush and cut right. The service was very good, the girls always offered water, cappuccino and coffee! I loved it and recommend it!
