Erro de diagnóstico, fazendo o cliente comprar peças desnecessárias.
Após levar o carro, o mesmo voltou a dar o mesmo problema, com o carro ficando na oficina por mais de mês. E me deixando na mão e mais duas situações.
Crime a ordem tributária, não emitem nota fiscal nem fazem orçamento antes do serviço.
Conseguiram quebrar a minha coluna de direção sendo que o problema diagnosticado por eles era tampa da bomba se combustível.
Após eu apresentar, as leis que protegem o consumidor nessa situação. O mesmo me agrediu verbalmente, com total falta de educação e profissionalismo.
Não recomendo ao meu pior inimigo, se vc tem zelo pelo seu automóvel passe longe.

After taking the car, it had the same problem again, with the car being in the workshop for more than a month. And leaving me in the lurch and two more situations.
Crime the tax order, they do not issue invoices or budget before the service.
They managed to break my steering column and the problem diagnosed by them was the fuel pump cap.
After I present, the laws that protect the consumer in this situation. The same assaulted me verbally, with total lack of education and professionalism.
I don't recommend it to my worst enemy, if you have zeal for your car, go far.
