O erro não foi meu, e entendo que ela faz o trabalho dela. Mas, se alguém pede uma informação, pelo menos ser educada para trabalhar com o público.
He answers completely rudely and is unable to give information. I'm in another country, but she was mocking the situation. Shame on people like that. It was not my mistake, and I understand that she does her job. But, if someone asks for information, at least be polite to work with the public.
