★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo e estranho..Atendente disse que não pudia liberar meu pedido devido da sistema..Deu uma desculpa meio esquisita. Depois me deu cartão deles da loja e me disse pra mim ligar semana que vem pra me informar se sistema liberaria meu recebimento pra combinar pra ir buscar..Que coisa; eu senti que parecia como fosse querer tramar alguma coisa pra mim quando saio com especie da loja assaltar..Nunca mais boto pé nessa loja da Western Union..e principalmente; atendentes são muito mal educados.
 Very bad and strange. Attendant said he could not release my order due to the system. He gave a weird excuse. Then he gave me their card from the store and told me to call next week to let me know if the system would release my receipt to arrange to go and get it ... What a thing; I felt like it was like wanting to plot something to me when I leave the store with a robbery type..Never again put foot in this Western Union store..and mostly; attendants are very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ eles me bloquearam e não me disseram por quê ?? , depois de anos usando a Western Union, eles tratam um cliente assim? , Money Gram é melhor. não rec mais, funcionários aqui muito amáveis o problema na própria empresa
they blocked me and didn't tell me why ?? , after years of using Western Union, do they treat a customer like that? , Money Gram is better. no more rec, employees here very kind the problem in the company itself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendido no local. Nada a reclamar. O atendente me informou que havia um problema de estorno o qual precisaria ser resolvido no país de origem. Realmente é uma empresa que facilita transferências internacionais com conversão em diversas moedas.
I was well attended on site. Nothing to complain about. The attendant informed me that there was a chargeback issue which would need to be resolved in the country of origin. It really is a company that facilitates international transfers with conversion into different currencies.

I was wronged and I will appeal, last 03/18/2022 a good amount of money was taken from me! The employee who attended me fixed a major problem for him!

Pessoas que moramos longe fazemos a viagem até Niterói,
e as 2 lojas que tem estão fechadas,
Perda de tempo!
They do not give prior notice of operation or timetables,
People who live far away make the trip to Niterói,
and the 2 stores it has are closed,
Waste of time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os atendentes são simpáticos, MAS não recebi o valor certo conforme meu amigo português enviou-me. Ele disse que já tinha pago uma taxa de 60 € lá do Porto, para eu poder receber o líquido de 2.505.00 reais. Mas só recebi 2.490.00. Enfim, isso é Brasil. Lamentável!
The attendants are nice, BUT I didn't receive the right amount as my Portuguese friend sent me. He said that he had already paid a fee of €60 from Porto, so that I could receive the net amount of 2,505.00 reais. But I only received 2,490.00. Anyway, this is Brazil. Unfortunate!
