Eu já fui recusada de receber sim mas atendi a todas as solicitações até porque eu sou uma serva de Deus e quando você é de fato e de Verdade deve obedecer às leis do homem então se precisa de tais documentos se passou do horário etc...eu devo respirar e olhar pra cima e dizer Deus obrigado pelo e pelo não pois os não é os impedimentos são de fato e de Verdade um livramento desde quando você levanta da cama ou sai de casa entregando a Deus tudo o que fazes aí é Deus que cuida
Que sejam todos os funcionários da wu abençoados como todos os clientes e que a Paz de Deus venha habitar na sua vida, na sua família em seu trabalho e um 2019 cheios de bênçãos e a presença do Espírito Santo de Deus tomando lugar na sua e na minha vida

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior atendimento, o mais caro, a falta de respeito com o cliente, fiquei 3 horas na linha aguardando atendimento ontem e hoje e não consegui, não consigo receber meu dinheiro , transferwise é muito mais rápido, mais seguro e as taxas são muito mais em conta, agora eu aprendi, se tivesse a opção -☆☆☆☆☆ é o que essa empresa merece.
The worst service, the most expensive, the lack of respect with the customer, I stayed 3 hours on the line waiting for service yesterday and today and I couldn't, I can't receive my money, transferwise is much faster, more secure and the fees are much more taking into account, now I learned, if I had the option - ☆☆☆☆☆ is what this company deserves.

Mas devido este problema da pandemia coloquei um dinheiro para meus filhos e eles não conseguem receber e a westerunion em Belém não faz nada para dar informações a eles. Sendo que eles aceitaram meu depósito e agora para meus filhos receberem eles não sabem dar informações ?Não informam aos seus clientes corretamente. Quando fazemos perguntas ao telefone e fazem os clientes esperarem na linha e não obtemos resposta. Isso é muito ruim.
I was always well attended at westerunion I never had any problems. But due to this pandemic problem, I put money for my children and they cannot receive it and the westerunion in Belém does nothing to give them information. Since they accepted my deposit and now for my children to receive it they do not know how to give information ?Do not inform their customers correctly. When we ask questions on the phone and make customers wait on the line, we get no answer. This is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja voltei duas vezes pelo simples fato deles nao querer atender.. Estava com documento rg e cpf em mãos, na porta estava dizendo que fecharia 18h e cheguei 17:50 e eles não queriam atender dizendo que até fechar o caixa ia demorar então não iriam me atender.. e todos são super grossos, digo pois ja presenciei destratar uma senhora de idade.. Não tiveram paciência em explicar pra ela e quando ela saiu do local ficaram rindo entre eles e um soltou "mulher burra, não tenho paciência" e o restante riu . uma falta de respeito!
I came back twice for the simple fact that they didn't want to answer it. I had a rg and cpf document in hand, at the door I was saying it would close at 6pm and I arrived at 5:50 pm and they didn't want to answer it saying that until closing the box it would take so they wouldn't answer me .. and everyone is super thick, I say because I have already witnessed the abuse of an old lady .. They did not have the patience to explain to her and when she left the place they were laughing among them and one said "dumb woman, I have no patience" and the rest laughed. a lack of respect!
