Esta agência está lautorizada para remessas DHL!!!!!
Esta tarde fui a esta agência para enviar uma encomenda ( Nacional).
A senhora foi absolutamente incapaz de lidar com o envio de um pacote simples.
Pedi para me dizer o custo e ela demorava bastante.
Uma vez que o custo do frete foi definido, perguntei qual era o custo do seguro por um determinado valor.
Ele respondeu que a DHL não oferece seguro para remessas nacionais, mas apenas para remessas internacionais !! ??
Por insistência minha, ele telefonou para alguém não especificado e depois confirmou que era possivel o seguro.
Perguntei qual era o custo em % e ela não sabia me responder, apenas sabia o custo total do frete + seguro.
Eu disse que queria um recibo como comprovante do seguro.
Ela isse que não era possível e que só podeva emitir um recibo do valor pago.
Surreal !!!
Eu tive que sair.

This afternoon I went to this agency to send an order (National).
The lady was absolutely unable to handle sending a simple package.
I asked to tell me the cost and it took a long time.
Once the freight cost was defined, I asked what the insurance cost was for a certain amount.
He replied that DHL does not offer insurance for national shipments, but only for international shipments !! ??
At my insistence, he called someone unspecified and then confirmed that insurance was possible.
I asked what the cost was in% and she didn't know how to answer me, she only knew the total cost of shipping + insurance.
I said I wanted a receipt as proof of insurance.
She said that it was not possible and that she could only issue a receipt for the amount paid.
Surreal !!!
I had to go.
