★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço oferecido pela WG é de muita qualidade, além de ser um custo-benefício que cabe no bolso.
Fizemos a viagem em família (eu, minha irmã e prima) e fomos muito bem atendidas. O guia Vinícius Amorim é um excelente profissional (os elógios daqui não mentiram, rs).
O roteiro foi de dois dias (infelizmente, n tínhamos mais tempo), porém foi bem planejado para garantir a experiência incrível de estar no Jalapão. O carro era confortável e a pousada que ficamos (Santa Helena) era aconchegante e seguia todos os protocolos de biossegurança (fui durante a pandemia jan/21).
A minha saga por agências/pacotes iniciou por pesquisas no Google e cheguei até ele através das avaliações daqui. Por isso, passada a experiência, venho recomendar a WG para quem está em dúvidas de qual agência escolher para conhecer o Jalapão.

We made the family trip (me, my sister and cousin) and we were very well attended. The guide Vinícius Amorim is an excellent professional (the watches here didn't lie, lol).
The itinerary was two days (unfortunately, we didn't have more time), but it was well planned to guarantee the incredible experience of being in Jalapão. The car was comfortable and the hostel we stayed in (Santa Helena) was cozy and followed all biosafety protocols (I went during the Jan / 21 pandemic).
My saga by agencies / packages started with Google searches and I got to it through the reviews here. So, after the experience, I come to recommend WG to anyone who is in doubt about which agency to choose to visit Jalapão.

Guias incompetentes, mal educados, nao passam informação direito, não seguem o roteiro e ainda por cima 10 minutos antes de acabar qualquer tempo que tinha no lugar o guia denilson ja estava (com má educação) nos “tocando” do lugar. Dois dias seguidos chegamos mais de 30 mins antes do previsto no hotel… nao tinha nada que nao fosse feito com pressa, nem sequer o almoço. Ele sempre parecendo cansado, com q cara fechada e nem sequer se apresentou no inicio do tour. Não indico a empresa a ninguém!!!! HORRIVEL
Our experience with WG was horrible. Incompetent guides, rude, do not pass information properly, do not follow the script and on top of 10 minutes before the end of any time in the place, the guide denilson was already (with bad manners) “touching” us in the place. Two days in a row we arrived more than 30 mins ahead of schedule at the hotel… there was nothing to be done in a hurry, not even lunch. He always looked tired and frowned and didn't even perform at the beginning of the tour. I don't recommend the company to anyone!!!! HORRIBLE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento do Glauber no zap foi ótimo, ajudando a organizar o passeio e o guia Vinicios é um parceirão, ele nem parece um guia e sim mais um amigo seu na viagem, além de dirigir muito bem e conhecer muito da história do local. No dia do picnic, preparou um abacaxi com limão e sal delicioso. Recomendo bastante a agência. No instagram @marcelocassar tem todo o destaque dos stories do jalapão em que mostro todo o roteiro de 5 dias realizado com a empresa.
Glauber's service at the zap was great, helping to organize the tour and the guide Vinicios is a partner, he doesn't even look like a guide but rather a friend of yours on the trip, in addition to driving very well and knowing a lot about the history of the place. On the day of the picnic, she prepared a pineapple with lemon and delicious salt. I highly recommend the agency. Tudo impecável, veículos de qualidade, pousadas nas cidades maravilhosas limpas e com piscina, guias com muito conhecimento da região e que enriquecem a viagem. Gostaria de deixar meus elogios especiais aos guias Bruno e Felipe que tornaram nossa viagem mais que especial e os dias mais felizes. I did the 3-day Jalapão expedition and it was simply amazing. Everything impeccable, quality vehicles, inns in the wonderful cities, clean and with swimming pool, guides with a lot of knowledge of the region and that enrich the trip. I would like to leave my special compliments to the guides Bruno and Felipe who made our trip more than special and the days happier. I highly recommend it and hope to come back soon, to do the chapada das mesa expedition.

Desde o momento em que estava fazendo os orçamentos com diversas empresas, percebi os diferenciais da WG: não só o preço mais em conta, mas também a qualidade do atendimento pelo WhatsApp para tirar dúvidas e fazer negociações no roteiro e nos horários.
O guia que nos acompanhou foi o Vinícius. Prestativo, proativo e muito amigável, conhece todas as estradas e a história de cada atrativo, conhece os melhores horários para chegar e sair de cada passeio, faz fotos e vídeos incríveis durante a excursão.
As pousadas foram da melhor qualidade, todas com TV, ar condicionado, algumas com frigobar, piscina, bar e até casa de massagem. Os restaurantes parceiros em que realizamos as refeições também foram de excelente qualidade, comida saborosa e caseira.
O roteiro inclui todos os principais e mais bonitos atrativos do Jalapão: lagoa do japonês, pedra furada, dunas, cachoeiras e vários fervedouros.
Fomos muito bem tratados com cordialidade e respeito durante toda nossa estadia no Jalapão. Recomendo e indico de olhos fechados a WG para a experiência incrível de conhecer esse lugar.
I chose WG Expedições to make a trip for 2 people to Jalapão, 5 days package, in December/21. From the moment I was making budgets with several companies, I realized WG's differentials: not only the cheapest price, but also the quality of service through WhatsApp to clear up doubts and negotiate the itinerary and schedules.
The guide that accompanied us was Vinícius. Helpful, proactive and very friendly, he knows all the roads and the history of each attraction, knows the best times to get to and from each tour, takes amazing photos and videos during the tour.
The inns were of the best quality, all with TV, air conditioning, some with minibar, swimming pool, bar and even a massage parlor. The partner restaurants where we had meals were also of excellent quality, tasty and homemade food.
The itinerary includes all the main and most beautiful attractions of Jalapão: Japanese lagoon, perforated stone, dunes, waterfalls and various fervedouros.
We were very well treated with warmth and respect throughout our stay at Jalapão. I recommend and recommend WG with my eyes closed for the incredible experience of getting to know this place.
