★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha internet era banda larga da Vivo e mudei pra Wi-net tem apenas 4 dias, mas até o momento não tenho do que reclamar, pelo contrário.
A internet fibra dá mais estabilidade e a velocidade muitas vezes ultrapassa até alguns MB do contratado.
Tinha receio de contratar provedor de bairro pois nem tinha referências.
Espero que continue com a qualidade.
 My internet was Vivo broadband and I switched to Wi-net only 4 days ago, but so far I have nothing to complain about, on the contrary.
Fiber internet gives more stability and the speed often exceeds up to a few MB of the contracted one.
I was afraid to hire a neighborhood provider because I didn't even have references.
I hope the quality continues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, a internet não chega nem na cozinha de minha casa e mesmo perto do aparelho, apresenta instabilidade. na primeira chuva que deu, a internet ficou fora do ar o dia todo, sendo que entrei em contato com a empresa, que me fizeram fazer todos aqueles protocolos de tirar tomada, colocar tomada, observar se a luz está acesa e nada adiantou. Solicitei então uma visita técnica e me disponibilizaram as 19hs do mesmo dia. Achei estranho o horário, mas resolvi aguardar... resultado, não vieram. liguei novamente pra empresa e disseram que não tinham como resolver, pois não têm ( Pasmem) contato com a equipe de rua e me deram um prazo de 24hs pra resolver.
Bad experience, the internet doesn't even reach the kitchen of my house and even close to the device, it presents instability. the first time it rained, the internet was down all day, so I got in touch with the company, who made me do all those protocols to take out a plug, put in a plug, see if the light is on and nothing helped. I then requested a technical visit and they made me available at 7 pm on the same day. I thought the time was strange, but I decided to wait... the result, they didn't come. I called the company again and they said they couldn't solve it, because they don't have (Amazing) contact with the street team and they gave me a deadline of 24 hours to solve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet muito ruim, mudei de empresa por conta disso tinha um internet de 15 MB e era ate melhor, quando procurei outra empresa a vendedora falou para mim que ia me dar um internet 60 MB pelo mesmo valor que eu ja estava pagando no dia que chegou a pessoa fazer a instalação me falou q a velocidade do internet era só de 40 MB a vendedora esqueceu de falar que eu tinha que ter um roteador próprio e aí já fiquei com raiva porque Falaram para mim mentiras ?, eu trabalho desde casa e preciso um internet rápido ou pelo menos que seja bom sempre tenho que ligar e desligar o tempo tudo nao enviam uma pessoa para olhar qual é o problema fica caindo de mais
Very bad internet, I changed companies because of that, I had a 15 MB internet and it was even better, when I looked for another company the saleswoman told me that she was going to give me a 60 MB internet for the same amount I was already paying on the day it arrived the person doing the installation told me that the internet speed was only 40 MB the saleswoman forgot to say that I had to have my own router and then I got angry because I was told lies ?, I work from home and I need an internet fast or at least it's good I always have to turn it on and off the time everything they don't send a person to look what the problem is it keeps dropping too much
