A velocidade da internet vive caindo, você fica dias sem ter o produto porém não há algum desconto ou comprometimento da equipe com o serviço. Atualmente, o funcionamento surge quando pedem carnê pra pagamento e prontamente é atendido, apenas nesse caso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a internet é horrível só vive caído, qualquer chuva já cair, o atendimento péssimo sempre falam qualquer desculpa e não resolve o problema fiquei 4 dias sem internet o técnico veio e não resolveu NADA, não presta pra jogar o ping fica em 200 kk decadência horrível não serve pra nada.
the internet is horrible it just lives down, any rain already falls, the terrible service always speaks any excuse and doesn’t solve the problem. it’s useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é ótimo no início, depois se vc precisar resolver alguma coisa, passa raiva, falam que vão até vc, marcam hora e não vão e nem dão satisfação já tenho três dias sem internet e nada, ligo só dá ocupado, sinceramente é de dar raiva .
The service is great at first, then if you need to solve something, you get angry, they say they'll come to you, make an appointment and don't go or give satisfaction I already have three days without internet and nothing, I just call it's busy, honestly it's give anger.
