★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço muito mal feito, sai de la com minha cachorra que parecia não ter tomado banho!! a tosa que pedi não foi feita (higienica). E o valor que me passou por telefone, não foi o valor que eu paguei ( cobraram a mais). O rosto do meu pet voltou sujo do jeito que estava, nem as remelas dos olhos eles limparam. O serviço foi feito em 20 minitos!!! Parece que passaram perfume e simplesmente pentearam. Não indico e nunca mais eu volto. Uma falta de respeito com os clientes.
Service very poorly done, get out of there with my dog that seemed not to take a shower !! the grooming I ordered was not made (hygienic). And the amount that passed me by phone, was not the amount I paid (overcharged). My pet's face came back dirty the way it was, nor did the eye patches clean them. The service was done in 20 minitos !!! It looks like perfume and just combed it. I don't indicate and I'll never be back. A lack of respect for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar pode até ser simples, porém o atendimento, o cuidado, carinho e dedicação que eles tem é incrível. Levo meu gato e meu cachorro sempre, compro tudo que eles precisam lá. É muito bom, o Wil é muito atencioso, e tô tosador o Luiz é maravilhoso com nosso bichos.
Super recomendo vão lá, vale muito a pena !!!
The place may be simple, but the service, care, affection and dedication they have is incredible. I always take my cat and dog, buy everything they need there. It is very good, Wil is very attentive, and I am shearing Luiz is wonderful with our animals.
I highly recommend going there, it's very worth it !!!

I couldn't schedule a bath for my Pet, he's 11 years old but the pet only bathes up to 10 years old by order of the Vet, they lost a client!
