Kyra, nossa bull terrier frequenta a mais de um ano a Dogcare. Escolhemos ela por indicação, para ela se socializar mais com outros cachorros e liberar a energia que um bull tem. Notamos de uns cinco meses para cá, que ela aparecia raramente nas fotos diárias, só quando reclamamos alguma foto dela aparecia e quase sempre na coleira.
As 10 da manha desta quarta deixo minha bull terrier kyra aos cuidados da Dogcare pet Shop Ltda, localizado na pompeia, na rua cajaiba,267.
Então nos deparamos com a seguinte situação: de vez ela aproveitar os metrôs com árvores e coberturas se socializando com outros cachorros, se deparem com esta filmagem a seguir!(ela encontra-se em minha pagina no facebook). Sim, ela estava num local sem cobertura, no sol, sem comida , sem água , em contato direito com fezes e xixi sem nenhuma limpeza. É para isso que pagamos 400,00 reais de mensalidade? A missão de vocês está mesmo sendo o bem estar e saúde de nossos animais? Oferecendo um ambiente com brincadeiras recreativas e interação social?? É isso mesmo?
Então,desde 2008 vocês exercem essa atividade, vocês que respondem por essa empresa, o que você me fala? É assim que você mima esses cachorros?
Pedimos aos nossos amigos que compartilhem ao máximo essa infeliz e lastimável notícia. Para chegarmos e colocarmos eles sim, atrás de cerca , quadrado de 2m, sem comida, sem água e no calor.
Se ligaram para dar alguma satisfação? Não.
E por sinal ocultaram todas as avaliações da pagina deles do face, e simplesmente querem abafar o caso.

Kyra, our bull terrier has been attending Dogcare for over a year. We chose her by referral so she could socialize more with other dogs and release the energy a bull has. We noticed about five months ago that she rarely appeared in the daily photos, only when we complain about a photo of her and almost always on a leash.
At 10 am this Wednesday I leave my bull terrier kyra in the care of Dogcare pet Shop Ltda, located in Pompeii, at Cajaiba Street, 267.
Then we come across the following situation: once in a while she takes the subways with trees and canopies socializing with other dogs, come across this footage below! (It is on my facebook page). Yes, she was in a place without cover, in the sun, without food, without water, in direct contact with feces and pee without any cleaning. Is that what we pay 400.00 reais for monthly fee? Is your mission really being the welfare and health of our animals? Offering an environment with recreational play and social interaction ?? That's right?
So since 2008 you have been doing this activity, you who are responsible for this company, what do you tell me? Is this how you spoil these dogs?
We ask our friends to share as much of this unfortunate and pitiful news. To reach and put them yes, behind fence, square of 2m, without food, without water and in the heat.
Did they call to give you some satisfaction? Do not.
And by the way they hid all the reviews from their page from the face, and simply want to drown out the case.

Em 14/05/2016 tive uma péssima experiência com a Dog Care e gostaria de compartilhar com as pessoas que amam seus bichinhos de estimação e confiam nos cuidados deste lugar.
Fechei um pacote mensal para o meu filhote frequentar a creche uma vez por semana. Tenho um Chow Chow, e apesar da má fama ele é um cachorro super tranquilo e dócil, e já estava acostumado a frequentar a Dog Care desde os 3 meses de idade. Pois bem, desde o primeiro dia que deixei o meu dog lá na creche percebi que ele voltou elétrico e com muita vontade fazer xixi e cocô. Chegando em casa continuou elétrico e não demonstrava cansaço em nenhum momento mesmo tendo passado todo o dia lá.
Na semana seguinte tudo se repetiu e a partir dai comecei a estranhar e duvidar do tratamento que estava sendo dado ao meu cachorro lá na creche.
Na terceira semana fiz tudo como normal deixei o dog na creche, voltei para casa e comecei a buscar nas fotos que são postadas aqui no face. Infelizmente em nenhum momento o localizei em fotos interagindo com outros cachorros. Neste mesmo dia fui até a Dog Care e fiquei parado por cerca de 20 minutos observando os cães que estavam de creche naquele dia e para minha surpresa meu cachorro não estava lá brincando com os outros.
Diante do ocorrido, procurei os proprietários do local e de fato constatei que meu filho estava ficando trancado numa sala minúscula e escura sem contato nenhum com os outros cachorros, ou seja estava pagando para torturarem meu cachorro. Digo tortura pois ele passava todo o dia trancado numa sala sem fazer necessidade nenhuma e por ter ficado todo este tempo passando vontade de interagir com os outros.
É lamentável que uma empresa que se propõe a cuidar do seu cachorro tenha um comportamento deste tipo.
Quero deixar aqui a minha indignação e também um alerta para as pessoas que deixam seus cachorros lá.
Fiquem sempre atentos ao comportamento dos seus bichinhos, pois assim como aconteceu comigo pode acontecer com qualquer outro.
Complaint - Avoid this place - they are mistreating the dogs ...
On 14/05/2016 I had a very bad experience with Dog Care and would like to share it with the people who love their pets and trust the care of this place.
I closed a monthly package for my puppy to attend day care once a week. I have a Chow Chow, and despite his bad name he is a super quiet and docile dog, and was used to Dog Care since he was 3 months old. Well, from the first day I left my dog at the nursery I noticed that he came back electric and very willing to pee and poop. Arriving home remained electric and showed no tiredness at any time even having spent all day there.
The following week everything was repeated and from then on I began to wonder and doubt the treatment being given to my dog at the nursery.
In the third week I did everything as normal I left the dog in the nursery, I returned home and started searching the photos that are posted here on the face. Unfortunately I never found it in photos interacting with other dogs. That same day I went to Dog Care and stood for about 20 minutes watching the dogs that were in the nursery that day and to my surprise my dog was not playing with the others.
In the face of this, I approached the owners of the place and in fact found that my son was being locked in a tiny, dark room with no contact with the other dogs, ie paying to torture my dog. I say torture because he spent all day locked in a room without any need and having been all this time wanting to interact with others.
It is unfortunate that a company that proposes to take care of your dog has such behavior.
I want to leave here my indignation and also a warning to the people who leave their dogs there.
Always be aware of the behavior of your pets, as it happened to me can happen to any other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O André zelou muito bem pelo meu cachorrinho, mandou muitas fotos e vídeos do meu cachorrinho, mandava notícias de como o meu cachorrinho estava interagindo, a região do hotelzinho é ótima, têm também vários cachorrinhos para o seu cachorro interagir se ele for bem agitado que nem o meu, além disso, o André passeia bastante com os cachorrinhos, o que é ótimo, super recomendo!!
