★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha filha estuda lá há 3 anos, seu irmão tb e já indicou 3 amigas. Td ótimo, mas, esse ano o conteúdo está mto semelhante ao de anos anteriores. Marquei hora com a coordenadora e fui mal atendida. Ela com uma cara fechada, bem antipatica e burocratica. Pouco falou ou explicou. Ficou de passar um teste para minha filha e qdo eu disse q para ficar do jeito q está vou preferir mudar de escola, respondeu tá. Estou passada, primeira vez q fui mal atendida nessa unidade. Parecia q eu estava incomodando. Saiu da sala primeiro q eu e foi embora. Mto mal educada.
 My daughter has been studying there for 3 years, her brother has already indicated 3 friends. Td great, but, this year the content is very similar to that of previous years. I made an appointment with the coordinator and was poorly attended to. She with a closed face, very antipathic and bureaucratic. Little did he speak or explain. It was to pass a test for my daughter and when I said that to stay the way I am, I would prefer to change schools, he said. I'm past, the first time I was poorly served in this unit. It seemed like I was bothering. He left the room first, and I left. Mto badly educated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matriculei minha filha e não foi possível participar de uma aula experimental por não ter material, não ficaria confortável juntos dos outros alunos que estariam interagindo com o livro.
Na semana seguinte ela receberia seu material e a aula seguiria sem problemas. Porém o material não chegou, mesmo isso sendo garantido na matrícula. E por ironia nessa aula não teria problema ela ficar sem o material (?!?!)
O boleto também não foi impresso, mais o pagamento eu tenho q fazer na data, porque eu cumpro com meus compromissos e se não o fizer, os juros serão cobrados.
I enrolled my daughter and it was not possible to participate in an experimental class due to lack of material, I would not be comfortable with the other students who would be interacting with the book.
In the following week she would receive her material and the class would continue without problems. However the material did not arrive, even though this was guaranteed in the registration. And ironically in this class, it would be okay for her to be without the material (?!?!)
The ticket was also not printed, but the payment I have to make on the date, because I comply with my commitments and if I do not do it, interest will be charged.

I love school! Excellent service, the staff are super attentive and friendly, my daughter has been studying at this unit for 2 years and I have nothing to complain about, she always had great teachers ?

Por fim recebemos uma ligação da escola que o material havia chegado e no dia da aula mais uma nova surpresa... não havia aula porque estava havendo um evento na escola e segundo responsável alguém esqueceu de nós avisar. E aí? De quem é a responsabilidade? E quando pedimos para chamar o gerente da escola a atendente nós informou que não teria um nome! Como assim? A escola que a minha filha faz o curso não teria um responsável que possa resolver o problema? Por três vezes... ficamos muito insatisfeitos com as primeiras impressões.

Finally we received a call from the school that the material had arrived and on the day of class another surprise ... there was no class because there was an event at the school and according to someone responsible someone forgot to let us know. What's up? Whose responsibility is it? And when we asked to call the school manager the attendant we were informed that we would not have a name! As well? Wouldn't the school my daughter takes the course have a guardian who can solve the problem? Three times ... we were very dissatisfied with the first impressions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha filha está fazendo o curso há 4 meses, por enquanto estou gostando bastante das aulas e do desenvolvimento dela , os professores são bem atenciosos, educados. O espaço Kids é muito legal , brinquedos para as crianças. Minha filha faltou 1 dia na aula e a escola prontamente me ligou para saber se estava tudo bem e agendar uma reposição dessa aula . Todos bem atenciosos . Parabéns!!
My daughter has been taking the course for 4 months, for now I'm really enjoying her classes and her development, the teachers are very attentive, polite. The Kids space is very cool, toys for the kids. My daughter missed 1 day in class and the school promptly called me to see if everything was ok and to schedule a replacement for this class. All very attentive. Congratulations!!
