★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comercial horrível, estava super decidida de começar o curso na wizard e mega feliz, mas já começou a decepção quando me comunicaram que o comercial entraria em contato cmg e dps de quase um mês nada, então fui atrás da vendedora Priscila e a mesma NUNCA mais me respondeu no wpp, não fez nem questão, então dias dps a vendedora Bruna entrou em contato cmg um amor de pessoa, explicou tudo e marcou uma aula zero ON-LINE cmg, comuniquei várias vezes que seria ON-LINE pq não teria como ir nos horários na unidade, ficou fechado então. Fiquei esperando até agora essa aula online, Ninguém entrou em contato cmg ou fez alguma questão, abri mão de alguns compromissos pq era super oq queria e ninguém estava nem aí. Não entendo porque querem tanto fechar rematrícula sendo que Aluno novo eles não estão nem aí. Um descaso total, obrigada por fazerem eu desistir do inglês na wizard.
Horrible commercial, I was super determined to start the course at wizard and super happy, but the disappointment started when they told me that the commercial would contact me and dps for almost a month, so I went after the saleswoman Priscila and the same NEVER again answered me on wpp, didn't even ask, so days later the saleswoman Bruna got in touch with a love of person, explained everything and booked a zero ONLINE class with me, I communicated several times that it would be ONLINE because I wouldn't be able to go during the hours at the unit, it was closed then. I was waiting until now for this online class, no one got in touch with me or asked any questions, I gave up some commitments because it was super what I wanted and no one cared. I don't understand why they want to close re-enrollment so much when they're a new student and they don't care. A total disregard, thanks for making me give up English at wizard.
