Meu filho (uma criança) estudou lá em 2019, nunca me deram nenhuma informação a respeito do seu aprendizado, procurei várias vezes saber do seu desenvolvimento, mas não tive retorno. Durante todo o ano não me deram nenhuma devolutiva, a única resposta era que ele "estava indo bem". No final do curso fui pegar o relatório, passei 30 min esperando para ela imprimir uma folha e não me dizer nada, apenas que lá era assim mesmo. Como? Não podem melhorar? Não querem melhorar pq não se importam com o cliente para eles tanto faz. O curso (T4) foi péssimo, meu filho não evoluiu nada, apenas cumpriu o cronograma e até hoje não sei como foram feitas as avaliações. Tentei falar com a professora, mas sem resposta. Não recomendo, vc vai perder tempo e dinheiro e seu filho não vai aprender nada!!! Foi a pior escola de inglês que eu já conheci, fuja de lá.
Bad experience! They have no regard for the customer, much less respect. My son (a child) studied there in 2019, they never gave me any information about his learning, I tried several times to know about his development, but had no return. They gave me no feedback all year round, the only answer being that he was "doing well." At the end of the course I went to get the report, I spent 30 minutes waiting for her to print a sheet and not tell me anything, just that it was anyway. How? Can't they get better? They don't want to improve because they don't care about the customer for them whatever. The course (T4) was terrible, my son did not evolve anything, just met the schedule and to this day I do not know how the evaluations were made. I tried to talk to the teacher but no answer. I do not recommend, you will waste time and money and your child will not learn anything !!! It was the worst English school I've ever met, run away from there.

Muita ideia de negócio, venda, pouca informação real sobre metodologia, padrão de ensino/aprendizagem, algo que nos passasse segurança em investimento tão grande. Além de que, diferente de outras 2 escolas, não se consegue ver previamente o contrato... enfim,quem sabe outra conversa mude a impressão passada....
The first impression did not please. Lots of business ideas, sales, little real information about methodology, teaching/learning standards, something that would give us security in such a big investment. Besides that, unlike the other 2 schools, you can't see the contract beforehand... anyway, maybe another conversation will change the past impression....
