Na hora da venda é mil maravilhas mas na hora do suporte fica um empurrando para o outro.. já começa errado pela entrega, entregou para o gesseiro, sendo que eu avisei que meu esposo iria receber. Quando montamos o sofá achamos vários defeitos, entre eles o espaço entre o encaixe que tem quase 10cm de distância que cabe uma mão, sem falar nas molas que da pra sentir ao sentar..sinceramente não vale os 2.450,00 que paguei.. o da loja estava perfeito, mas oque chegou na minha casa foi feito com resto de material, não tem condições.. entrei contato e tem quase 15 dias da reclamação e nada de resolver.. suporte zero para o comprador.

At the time of sale, it's wonderful, but at the time of support, one is pushing each other.. it starts wrong with the delivery, delivered to the plasterer, and I warned that my husband would receive it. When we set up the sofa we found several defects, among them the space between the fitting that is almost 10cm apart that fits a hand, not to mention the springs that you can feel when sitting..it's honestly not worth the 2,450.00 I paid.. the from the store it was perfect, but what arrived at my house was made with leftover material, there are no conditions.
