★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garimpando é possível encontrar alguns bons produtos, entretanto, os sapatos e roupas não são higienizados e aparentemente passam talco nas roupas o que deixa o lugar com ares sufocantes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é boa, tem boas opções de caixas de madeira. Dá vontade de levar todas, mas você não consegue ficar muito tempo dentro da loja pois é muito quente, muito quente mesmo, infelizmente não comprei pois não consegui ficar lá dentro. Pretendo voltar no inverno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era cliente da loja a mais de 10 anos. Desde da época que a loja ficava na avenida Hildebrando de Lima. No último sábado 12/02/2022 realizei uma compra de duas caixas porém quando cheguei em casa notei que precisava de uma caixa do mesmo modelo porém maior, voltei na loja para realizar a troca e pagar a diferença porém fui me informado que eles não trabalham com troca. Nem se deram ao trabalho de olhar a caixa que está em perfeito estado. Fiquei extremamente decepcionada não só pelo fato de ser uma cliente antiga mais pela falta de atenção com cliente, totalmente iguinorante da parte deles POIS PERDERAM ALGUNS CLIENTES. Visto que lojas de mdf encontramos com facilidade hoje em dia. O que me mantinha cliente era o ótimo atendimento da Dona Rosangela pois o atendimento da Kelly, seu esposo e sua filha PÉSSIMO.
He was a customer of the store for over 10 years. Since then, the store was located on Avenida Hildebrando de Lima. Last Saturday 02/12/2022 I made a purchase of two boxes but when I got home I noticed that I needed a box of the same model but bigger, I went back to the store to exchange and pay the difference but I was informed that they don't work with exchange. They didn't even bother to look at the box, which is in perfect condition. I was extremely disappointed not only for the fact that I was an old customer but for the lack of customer service, totally ignoble on their part BECAUSE THEY LOST SOME CUSTOMERS. Since mdf stores are easily found nowadays. What kept me a customer was Dona Rosangela's great service because Kelly, her husband and daughter's service was TERRIBLE.
