Eh necessário melhorar o atendimento presencial, se houvesse uma mesinha com telefone e computador, ou um espaço onde fôssemos atendidos, o atendente não teria que ficar indo de um lado a outro em busca da informação e anotando as coisas em papel para depois passar ao sistema, já resolveria tudo no mesmo lugar.
