Comprei um tennis com prazo de entrega de 2 a 3 dias úteis, era para entregar até sexta 24/12, porém ao liberar o código de rastreio o correio colocou entrega para dia 27/12, abri um chamado no site da World Tennis, na manhã seguinte me ligaram dizendo para eu ficar tranquila que receberia o produto, que aliás era um presente de Natal, no prazo. No mesmo dia, a tarde, entregaram o tenis em casa. Muito prestativos, ágeis, preços bons, excelente custo benefício. Muito satisfeita!! Parabéns para toda equipe World Tennis????
Excellent service!! I bought a tennis shoe with a delivery time of 2 to 3 business days, it was to be delivered by Friday 12/24, but when I released the tracking code, the courier placed delivery for 12/27, I opened a call on the World Tennis website, at The next morning they called me telling me to rest assured that I would receive the product, which by the way was a Christmas present, on time. On the same day, in the afternoon, they delivered the tennis at home. Very helpful, agile, good prices, excellent value for money. Very satisfied!! Congratulations to the entire World Tennis team????
