Liguei ontem me passaram um orçamento do celular falei com Matheus, disse que poderia levar o celular que eles tinham a peça, meu marido foi hj falaram q nao tinha a peça e que eu estava falando valores errados que os valores sao outros. Eles ficam enrolando voce nao consegui mais falar com a pessoa q te passou o valor e o rapaz ate supõe que eu inventei o valor. NÃO RECOMENDO.
 Terrible, would not recommend. I called yesterday they passed me a budget of the cell phone I spoke with Matheus, said that I could take the cell phone they had the piece, my husband was hj they said they did not have the part and that I was saying wrong values that the values are others. They keep on talking you can not talk to the person who gave you the value and the boy even supposes that I invented the value. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Comprei um adaptador de fone, que segundo os representantes da loja era “autorizado” e de qualidade, paguei R$50,00 e no outro dia o produto já não estava funcionando mais. Pedi o estorno do valor no dia seguinte, e se RECUSARAM a dar.
Uma pena pois moro muito próximo à loja e jamais vou recomendar que alguém compre algo lá.
Não recomendo de forma alguma!
Terrible! I bought a phone adapter, which according to store representatives was "authorized" and of quality, I paid R $ 50.00 and the other day the product was no longer working. I asked for a refund of the amount the next day, and they REFUSED to give it.
Too bad because I live very close to the store and I will never recommend anyone to buy something there.
I do not recommend it at all!

Spectacular service! They fixed my cell phone that had been convicted by another store. It is working perfectly and is reset to zero. My wife also took hers and it is perfect too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei R$500,00 pra troca a tela do celular e depois de dois dias deu problema. Voltei lá e disseram que era outro problema (backlight) que eles não poderiam fazer nada... Ou seja, fomos com a tela quebrada, foi avaliado, foi aprovado o orçamento e depois do serviço feito deu problema e não quiseram resolver, somente mediante pagamento de um novo backlight (+ R$500).
I paid R $ 500.00 to change the cell phone screen and after two days it was a problem. I went back there and they said it was another problem (backlight) that they couldn’t do anything ... That is, we went with the broken screen, it was evaluated, the budget was approved and after the service was done it was a problem and they didn’t want to solve it, only through payment of a new backlight (+ R $ 500).

Péssima qualidade da tela '1ª linha' que tanto empurram ao cliente.
Havia pego o orçamento via telefone e cheguei na hora a tela original era bem mais cara e a paralela mais barata, com descontos, capinhas e películas você até pensa que vai valer a pena...
Chegou em casa sem os parafusos inferiores e o brilho da tela, as cores, o toque, o deslize simplesmente horrível (o que me garantiram que não teria muita diferença pra original), não dá nem pra escrever um texto sem precisar clicar 2x em alguma letra...
Edit. Além de tudo isso, vi hoje que meu sensor de ligações e áudios não está funcionando, que beleza.
I didn't like it, I don't recommend it to anyone.
Poor quality of the '1st line' screen that push the customer so much.
I had taken the budget via phone and I arrived at the time the original screen was much more expensive and the cheaper parallel, with discounts, covers and films you even think it will be worth ...
Arrived home without the lower screws and the brightness of the screen, the colors, the touch, the slide just horrible (which assured me that would not make much difference to the original), you can not even write a text without clicking 2x on some letter...
Edit On top of all this, I saw today that my call and audio sensor isn't working, what a beauty.
