★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suporte desta empresa e terrivel !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! pensei que a concorrente esta ruim, pedir pra marca a instalçao no primeiro horario do dia, depois vieram com um email alegando que ia ser as 15h fiquei ate as 18h esperando o rapaz DIZ ! que demorou em outra instalçao... ja quando voce liga ? esta tudo certo o tec ja esta na sua porta, barca furada !
 This company's support is terrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I thought that the competitor is bad, ask the brand for the installation at the first time of the day, then they came with an email claiming it was going to be 3 pm I stayed until 6 pm waiting for the boy to SAY! that took in another installation ... even when you call? everything is fine tec is already at your door, boat stuck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troquei para o wow devido a alguns problemas com a concorrência.Mas o sinal em si é muito bom, o que não me agrada é precisar falar com a wow em horário de almoço e não conseguir.A emrpesa deveria pensar em colocar funcionário disponível nesse horário.
I switched to wow due to some problems with the competition. But the signal itself is very good, what I don't like is having to talk to the wow at lunchtime and not being able. The company should think about making an employee available at that time .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internete de qualidade poucos problemas, de instabilidades, abertos sugestões atravéz do app, onde é possível pagar, obter boletos e outras funções, a instalação foi um pouco demorada e gratuita. O atendimento sempre faço pelo whatsapp e nunca tive problemas sempre rápido coisa de 5 a 10 minutos e já tenho as resposta de que preciso.
Quality internet, few problems, instabilities, open suggestions through the app, where you can pay, get tickets and other functions, the installation was a little time-consuming and free. The service I always do by whatsapp and I never had problems always fast thing of 5 to 10 minutes and I already have the answers I need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Novembro 2020 o WOW fiber, os 2 primeiros meses era boa, com um upload de 12 MiB/s; Os problemas comecou de Natal, falha, e cai para 3MiB/s. Fica pior, não resposta de WOW. Hoje deste Junho o upload é somente 355KiB/s e nunca melhor. Começa as vezes com 5MiB/s até 4% depóis casi para 355KiB/s.
In November 2020 WOW fiber, the first 2 months was good, with an upload of 12 MiB/s; The problems started from Natal, crashes, and drops to 3MiB/s. It gets worse, no response from WOW. Today this June the upload is only 355KiB/s and never better. Sometimes starts with 5MiB/s up to 4% then casi to 355KiB/s.
