★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior internet do mercado, caiam fora desta, cai direto e o suporte é fake, sempre o problema é interno da sua residencia, atendem mal via whats app e não existe equipe nenhuma para se deslocar ao local e resolver. Se for residencial e contratar se acostume a viver sem internet e se for comercial, vai quebrar seu negocio.
Worst internet on the market, fall out of it, fall straight and the support is fake, always the problem is internal to your home, poor service via whats app and there is no team to go to the site and solve. If you are residential and hire you get used to living without internet and if it is commercial, it will break your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet muito ruim mesmo. Sempre caindo e, quando nao cai, é sempre super lenta. Não carrega instagram, áudio/foto no whats. Tenho que estar o tempo todo trocando pros dados móveis pra pode usar o celular. Inclusive agora mesmo estou vindo aqui comentar isto usando o dados móveis, porque a Internet simplesmente não funciona. Quando ligo, sempre culpam o cliente, dizendo que lá pra eles está tudo normal, e pedem pra eu reiniciar o roteador. Reinicio todos os dias, várias vezes por dia e a Internet é sempre ruim. E eles nunca resolvem
Internet really bad. Always falling, and when it doesn't, it's always super slow. Does not load instagram, audio/photo on whats. I have to be all the time switching to mobile data to be able to use the cell phone. Even right now I'm coming here to comment on this using mobile data, because the Internet just doesn't work. When I call, they always blame the client, saying that everything is normal there for them, and they ask me to restart the router. I restart every day, several times a day and the Internet is always bad. And they never solve

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uso o serviço há algum tempo e gostava, mas agora há 1 ano ou mais eles trocaram para o 5G dizendo que era um bônus. E há uns dias a conexão só lenta. Ontem a noite reclamei do serviço, fez inúmeros testes, o Gabriel atencioso me atendeu, mas eu me cansei e avisei que ia dormir. Hoje pela manhã o serviço não funcionou, avisei e um atendente disse que não havia problemas, que o problema era no meu notbook e o problema continuou, ele me disse que podia marcar uma visita técnica mas que ia cobrar se o problema fosse nos meus aparelhos, estou decepcionadíssima com o serviço na hora que mais preciso, acho que o atendente estava mais preocupada com o valor da visita do que resolver o problema, decepcionante e lamentável.
I've been using the service for a while and liked it but now 1 year or so ago they switched to 5G saying it was a bonus. And a few days ago the connection was just slow. Last night I complained about the service, he did numerous tests, the attentive Gabriel attended to me, but I got tired and told him I was going to sleep. This morning the service did not work, I warned and an attendant said that there were no problems, that the problem was with my notebook and the problem continued, he told me that I could schedule a technical visit but that he would charge if the problem was with my devices , I am very disappointed with the service when I need it most, I think the attendant was more concerned with the value of the visit than solving the problem, disappointing and regrettable.
