★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great german food place in Tijuca. Totally worth the trip. All charcuterie is made there, only place you can find a curry wurst in Rio, and a croquete de mortadela. Many german beer options too. They also have a secret menu, remember to ask about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy-going place, no frills, but very good at reasonable prices. Potato salad and curry wurst well seasoned. Large Frankfurter. Ice tea (mate) excellent, not too sweet and natural taste. Cole slaw is so-so, avoid it. Will go again to try other dishes and the apfelstrudel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the chicken sandwich off thier secret menue. Fries were nice with rosemary. The sauce that was included was a cross of catsup and salsa. Very nice. Nice assortment fo German beers. Great service.
