★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Short stay but a good quality hotel! Our flight was delayed and we were given this hotel for an overnight stay. They were accomodating and provided us with complimentary meals and a shuttle back to the airport. Nice staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, lovely staff, very helpful, even if you don't speak Portuguese (that's me). Room was clean, breakfast was a buffet but had vegan options like rice and beans, vegetables and fruits. I believe there is a swimming pool but didn't have a chance to try it as it was raining ? it has a small gym as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have mixed reviews about this hotel. The service at the check in was quite good (Thanks a lot for everything Caroline!) And the room was comfortable and big which is always good. But there were a few details that made my experience good but not excellent. The first, the gym was dreadful. One old beat up machine and a few dumbbells and that’s it. Two runners and a bike in acceptable state. I know it sounds like a silly thing but for someone who travels as much as me, having a place to work out is necessary to keep my sanity. Also the bathroom was ok but seems like it had seen better days and the door of my room made a lot of noise because of the wind (¿?) . The food at the restaurants is quite good. In general, if they invest some money in the gym, this hotel could be memorable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel infrastructure is very aged and there is no soundproofing in the rooms at all. The doors are thin with quite a big gap around them which means you can hear everything happening in the hallway. The room walls are similarly thin. I could hear every single word my neighbour was saying. At the same time the water pipes are ridiculously loud. Every time a neighbour flushes the toilet or showers, it sounds like an engine turned on somewhere.
Due to the fact I couldn't sleep because of the noise, the reception kindly moved me to a different (renovated) room, but sadly the soundproofing was non-existent there as well.
On top of that, the rooms weren't really clean. Mainly dust and hair on the floor were the issue for me. But then I noticed that the cleaners don't have a vacuum cleaner, so there is no surprise that dust and hair collect easily in corners.
On the positive side, the staff was very kind when spoken to in Portuguese. Very little seem to speak English though. The food was also very good, and the bar had a nice selection of beers.
UPDATE: Back home I realized I was overcharged on checkout and am now entirely unable to get any feedback from the hotel, even after their HQ urging to contact me back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entrance is a little confusing to find. This was more than confirmed by how our uber drivers and food delivery had trouble finding it as well. The room was great, comfortable beds, nice shower with great smelling shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The rooftop pool was nice. The breakfast has good variety but the scrambled eggs were like soup. We asked for them to be more done and were told that it wasn't possible. The coffee and cappucino were from a machine and tasted bland. The lounge bar was lacking in drink options. No mixed drinks or cocktails. The staff are cold and impersonal. They don't smile and are rather robotic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff, Jeniffer and her manager were awesome and solved our issues quickly and politely. We first were in an accessible room, that had a special bathroom for people in wheelchair, but because of that, the bathroom got all wet and hard to walk after taking a shower, so they fixed that moving us to a better room without charging any extra. We also had to accommodate more people in the middle of our stay, and they helped us with that very well.
Thank you guys, keep doing this great job. :)
