★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venderam uma capinha de quase r$100,00 reais , alegando que a mesma não amarelava com o tempo. A mesma amarelou e muito!!! Na hora vender falaram uma coisa, depois na hora de resolver o problema eles falaram que não tinha o que fazer e que não tem troca. Não piso mais!!!
They sold a cape of almost R $ 100.00 reais, claiming that it did not turn yellow over time. The same yellowed and a lot !!! When selling, they said something, then when it was time to solve the problem they said that they had nothing to do and that there was no exchange. Don't step anymore !!!

Na academia que eu treino que por sinal é do lado da loja algumas pessoas já haviam comentado sobre o atendimento e os defeitos que os produtos desta loja dá. Mas fui com uma amiga ver se encontrava um bom produto que estava procurando, mas só confirmaram o que as outras pessoas haviam dito, comprei uma capinha para o meu celular me passaram que era original então já podem saber que não foi barata, em menos de 1 mês a capinha está de desfazendo, descascando todo, o fone bluetooth que comprei já tive que ir lá trocar 2 vezes e agora na segunda vez não tinham o fone para trocar, pediram para eu retornar outro dia. 1ºfone não estava com a bateria boa, 2ºfone simplesmente derreteu quando coloquei para carregar, e não pense que foi barato o fone, pois quando é barato esperamos baixa qualidade né. Até o momento não trocaram meu fone nem minha capinha, fui ontem ás 21:40 e que atendimento péssimo tive, não foram os mesmos funcionários que me venderam, mas estou muito insatisfeito com tudo em relação a essa loja.
I had a really bad experience with this store. At the gym that I train that by the way is the store side some people have already commented on the care and defects that the products of this store gives. But I went with a friend to see if there was a good product that I was looking for, but they only confirmed what other people had said, I bought a hood for my cell phone they gave me that was original so you can already know that it was not cheap in less than 1 month the hood is undoing, peeling all over, the bluetooth phone I bought I had to go there to change 2 times and now the second time they did not have the handset to change, they asked me to return another day. 1fone was not with the good battery, 2fone simply melted when I put it to charge, and do not think the phone was cheap, because when it is cheap we expect low quality, right? So far they have not changed my phone or my jacket, I was yesterday at 21:40 and what a poor service I had, they were not the same employees that sold me, but I'm very unhappy with everything about this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tendo uma experiência muito ruim com essa loja, me venderam fones de ouvido e o mesmo não veio com carregador. Indicaram que está escrito na caixa que não vem o cabo. A caixa está em japones, será que os vendedores falam japonês?? Isso está integrado em uma venda casada e pode gerar sérios problemas para a loja. Estou tentando trocar o fone desde o dia 16/12 mas dizem que não tem os produtos que quero na loja. Desde então nunca mais atenderam ao telefone
I'm having a very bad experience with this store, headphones were sold to me and it didn't come with a charger. They indicated that it is written on the box that the cable does not come. The box is in Japanese, do the sellers speak Japanese ?? This is part of a bundle sale and can cause serious problems for the store. I've been trying to change the phone since 12/16 but they say they don't have the products I want in the store. Since then they never answered the phone again

Precisava comprar um telefone e fui na iplace e o iPhone 11 estava custando muito mais caro que o comum enquanto na loja estava com o preço de internet e ainda consegui um desconto ótimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um cabo da iPhone com 3 meses de garantia, ficou ruim com menos de 1 mês. Retornei na loja para fazer a troca e o vendedor da loja disse que não poderia fazer a troca. Uma das piores lojas que já comprei, não recomendo.
I bought an iPhone cable with 3 months warranty, it went bad with less than 1 month. I went back to the store to make the exchange and the store salesman said he couldn't make the exchange. One of the worst stores I've ever shopped at, I don't recommend.
